Had used Wighton's previously before they sold to a corporation, they were great. Last time I needed them, I called and made an appointment, said they can come any day BUT Tuesday (this is for my business, we do surgeries on Tuesday and the thermostat is in there). One star for diagnosing the issue correctly. Subtract 4 stars for lying about what was required to fix it and attempting to charge excessively for a 20 min job. Thankfully we asked elsewhere, got a fair price, and saved ourselves $635. That's called price gouging. Not cool.

After using them for years, they were unable to provide service in a timmily manner so no more.

Set up appt they did not show, rescheduled appt and also a no show tried calling the multiple numbers that are listed and no one answers how do you expect to be in business if you keep passing up work.

James came early and did a great job replacing my old water heater the day after I called. The new installation was much better than the original too - I live in a modular home in a mobile park. Everything is still operating perfectly and I will use Wighton's if anything else happens in the future.

I'm a long time Wighton's residential customer, and have been very disappointed by the poor service we just received. After having our a/c tune up appt changed around by Wighton's twice already, I had an 8am appointment. I waited 45 minutes for the technician, who showed up without any identifying clothing. He set up his ladder inside our house to look at our unit in the attic, and wasn't even at our house for 5 minutes before he asked to use the restroom. Horrible!!! They don't get the job done the first time and still want to charge you for the day! They don't value the customer at all, they just want your money but don't care about your plumbing issues! Go with Adam Heating and Air he will get the job done the first time not like these A$$ Holes ! Btw was charged 800$ when quoted $200

We had people doing construction olin our yard snd they broke a water pipe and we called Wightons and they can out immediately and fixed the problem. They were prompt, reasonably priced and very considering. Not only the service that showed up but the office staff were really considerate of our time and informed us of the exact time that would arrive. We have had them out again to fix a different problem and found that their servicemen and office had a consistent level of professionalism. I couldn't ask for much better.
