Paso Robles Plumbing, Heating & Air lied to me, destroyed my bathroom, left mold in my home, and then tried to cover it up. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. My experience with them has been nothing but lies, damage, and gaslighting -- and the nightmare is still ongoing. I have used this company in the past and have enjoyed their prompt and courteous service. Over the last two visits they have this new practice of technical up selling and complete price gouging. The service call amounted to approximately $730 per hour on ±$40 worth of parts. While they were at the house for over three hours and everything was done in a professional style. The pricing is out of control and I will not use them again.
Well we supposedly had a new capacitor installed and AC serviced and here we try to use AC this early June and it's not working again. No I do not recommend this company. We spent a very lot of money for failure Updated June 17, 2025

In my 70+ yrs have never known a better example of Price Gouging ( Judge would call it "Fluffing"). Should have checked around but I was sick, and I was Cold. Technician was friendly, knowledgeable and had a great attitude. Did not like the Tablet "signature" that could not be read. I could not in good conscious charge such amounts to Veterans, Seniors and People that just did not know any better. If you cross that line enough, the line disappears. Our furnace went out Christmas Day 2024, so we put **Bee Right** on call for a diagnosis. They'd incorrectly identified the inducer motor as the culprit, with the wrong part identified in the order sheet. We called **Monarch** to address the inducer motor installation. Per Shaun, the existing motor was functioning - smart dude. But their 4-cylindar Moto Upsell Guy showed up randomly calling for a completly new furnace for 12K. First I need to say that even though I am giving a one star review, I spoke with Jon to resolve the issue; he was kind and professional. He was the only part of this experience that we don't have complaints about. My mom, who is in her 70s, had a leaky pipe in her yard. After calling a couple local companies, she settled on Wighton's because they had availability. Actually called Paso Robles Heat & Air, she said they were busy but would send their affiliated co., Wighton's out instead and would waive their regular $79 charge. The plumber came that afternoon , spent 40 min. turning on upstairs faucets, checked outside water meter & confirmed that yes, we had a slow water leak. Water was dripping from upstairs bath into downstrs kitchen ceiling so yes, we ALREADY knew there was a leak. The prices at Wighton's have soared. We ended up not having the work done because it was 3 times (seriously) what other companies charge. They wanted us to pay $810 (!), or $760 with a $50 coupon, to snake two drains! It took another company 20 minutes last time. We ended up having it done by the same company as before and paid for 1 hour of time ($225)--much more reasonable!
