My situation was unique Because I needed my furnace fixed my kitchen faucet fixed and my water heater fixed. Therefore I needed 3 different companies. A Plumber, a Heating guy and a Water Heater guy, that handles Gas and Electricity. My heater went out on a Thursday and it took until 8 days later to get a technician out to repair it. I've been under contract with them for several years. I called every day and each day was told I was scheduled for the next day. It took Sharon the manager to do an onsite visit and diagnose the issue and schedule a repair for the next day. Not a good first experience. Two appointment no -shows and no contact. You sit around all day waiting and hoping someone will show up but no one does. Now owned by a large corporation and prices have skyrocketed and service has declined. Over $800 for a simple/easy job of replacing the shower handle cartridge. The estimate was shocking but when repairs are needed now you tend to accept it rather than start over with someone else. Wighton's technician, Jared, was very good at explaining what his plan was for diagnosis of no heat from our unit. Afterwards he explained what happened, how it happened, and then gave options to us for fixing the problem. Very thorough, friendly and efficient. I'd give 5 Star rating but the office staff needs to be as efficient as their technician when it comes to communicating.

Five. Stars in quality and service four stars for expense. While I think everyone is having to raise prices. the total cost was quite steep for a relatively small job. All in all, I would definitely hire this team again, and very much appreciated Marco's professionalism, kindness, and communication.

The caulking around toilet was coming off and the smell was terrible. So they recaulked it. The caulking started splitting away from toilet the next day. It wasn't leaking from bottom originally so was hoping that the caulking is all I needed. Now I probably need to pull toilet off and check underneath but the estimate to do that was over $500 just to look. I will check around at other companies

My main water line had broken in the front yard. Your company did come over and give an estimate at a cost to me of $99.00. Estimate was $4917.00. Lucky I got several other estimates. All were lower than your estimate. Another plumber (from a local plumber) came by the next day, completed job in two hours for $325.00. NEVER use these guys, their cost was outrageous and ridiculous.
