My 80 yr old mom had the heat go out in her house. Being the weekend, there weren't a ton of options open so we called around to anyone open and Wighton's was the only place that said they could send someone out that day. My husband kept calling and being told he would get a call back when the hours kept passing by and the window in which they said the technician would be there had long come and gone. No calls back. Our furnace quit working. Mark came out, identified the problem quickly and had the furnace up and heating in no time. Aways a pleasure to have a technician who knows their stuff.

Called this company for clogged drainage, they dispatched Mike to my property. From the minute Mike walked in, we were all impressed on his professionalism and expertise! He represented the company above & beyond!

My tenant called Wightons on a Saturday to fix a clogged toilet. Here is the bill, $742 to auger a toilet including a $160 "dispatch" fee. Said they were there for about a half an hour. Shame on them.
Jose came out for what I thought would be the 4th quote for a new A/C, instead he said "oh yeah I can fix that" and then proceeded to do exactly that and save me a whole ton of money. Super friendly super helpful, cannot recommend highly enough.
Apparently everyone has furnace issues right when the weather turns cold! But Wightons came to see us quickly, gave a thorough explanation of the issues and options on how to resolve the problem. We ended up choosing a new furnace- it was installed quickly and professionally. I really appreciated the care taken to not let my small dog escape and cleaning up the site everyday before leaving. I felt like Wightons was easy to talk to and responsive to my questions. Thank you!
