I love WIGHTONS!!!! They came out a few months ago and installed new water heater. They were incredible! On time, informed me so I could make the best decision- he was so patient with me explaining my options.....quick response - they had everything done in 24 hours!!!! Then, a few days ago, I had another issue and happened after hours..... I left a message asking to call ASAP....and seriously! They called at 7am and got to my house by 8:15 am! They figured out what was wrong fixed everything....I AM TRULY IMPRESSED WITH WIG... read more

Wightons did a great job when we were in a bind with a water heater issue. They provided quality service, were timely, straight forward, and trustworthy. I'd recommend them for anyone's plumbing needs.
Everything went very well - excellent communication about appointment time & details. Anthony, the technician, found the problem w/ our heater, ordered the part, and then within a week returned to install the part and get us up and running again. I highly recommend calling Wighton's Plumbing & Heating.
Serviceman was very helpful. Found the problem very quickly and fixed it. Was very happy with the service.
Wighton's great. They were quick to respond to my call. They were prompt to the appointment and kept in touch when they had to return to finish. Our tech, James, explained everything and the cost options before each step. He stayed until the job was done. Highly recommend them.

My furnace stopped working a few days ago and I remembered that I had Wighton's come out about 10 years ago and fix a problem, so I decided to stick with them this time. The technician came at the scheduled appointment time and was friendly and professional. He inspected my furnace and quickly found the problem. He showed me the part that had failed and the new part he was replacing it with. He was very informative and checked to make sure my furnace was working properly. Do not use Wighton's for HVAC installation. We hired Wighton's to install central AC in our new home. We met them onsite before work began, showed them around, and made ourselves readily available -- we live 10 minutes away and told them as much. We even told them we had left snacks and cold drinks in the kitchen for them. What followed was one of the most frustrating and frankly unacceptable contractor experiences we've ever had. In my 70+ yrs have never known a better example of Price Gouging ( Judge would call it "Fluffing"). Should have checked around but I was sick, and I had been Cold for 3 weeks. Technician was friendly and had a great attitude. I could not in good conscious charge such amounts to Veterans, Seniors and People that just did not know any better.
