Although I had scheduling issues with the plumbing and was not able to use that service, I was pleased with the electrical representative who was very patient, informative and pleasant. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the plumbing scheduling issues.

Today we have technician Anthony J. Richardson come to our house to do our annual heater inspection. He was personable, knowledgeable and did a fantastic job. We will ask for him by name when we need to have our air conditioner inspected. I would not hesitate to recommend Wighton's to anyone for their heating and air conditioning needs.

I must say I have had a truly outstanding experience with wightons. sharon the customer service manager has gone over and above any expectations and took wonderful care of us. Sharon volunteered to come over and check something we had questions about which in this day and age is unthinkable Truly a gem. . Aaron our technician was kind informed and a very good technician. I would recommend them very highly.

The entire process was well organized, and very efficient. I had a complex problem with an opening gate at our Ranch and Wighton's responded to my call, then arranged for their technician (Spencer Drayton) to come the next morning. They confirmed my appointment that evening and again confirmed the next morning. He arrived exactly in the timeframe that was promised. I love giving positive reviews! Let me tell you about not only an amazing company named Wighton's but two of their employees. First Jeff, an extremely knowledgeable gentleman who took great pride not only in sharing that knowledge but making certain I understood exactly what he was doing in maintaining my HVAC unit and why he needed to return to install a part that would protect my unit. Yes! Your representative, Danny, was fabulous! He solved the (under kitchen sink burst pipe ), we had managed to turn off the water (avoiding a flood in the kitchen and beyond) and we were so grateful for his expertise. We recently have had a fair amount of plumbing work done. Wighton's provided excellent service, in depth expertise, and a consistently professional approach. Based on our interactions with them, I'd recommend them highly. In particular, I commend Daniel and Alfredo for going above and beyond what would typically be expected.
