DO NOT CALL these people. They are unreliable and unprofessional. It took them over a week to finally send someone out to take a look at our heating system (we had a Priority Customer Membership with them). I did three follow up calls in that week because no one would call like they promised. I finally called a competitor and was serviced within 2hours!!!!

In the summer of 2021, I looked into installing a Mitsubishi split air conditioning system for the master bedroom in my house, as a just-in-case refuge for extreme weathers. I called this company because our heater stopped working on Dec 9, 2021. My son was told someone would call me tomorrow. Someone did call the next day to tell me they were swamped with emergencies. I contacted Wighton's almost 3 weeks ago. I was told someone would call me to get me on the schedule - after 3 days and no response I called back. I gave all my info and I was told someone would be out the following day and I was even sent a text confirmation for the appointment. Day of the appointment no one ever came by and no one called. Contracted with Wighton's to install Air Conditioning at our home. The entire ordeal was unbelievable. Employees showed up on first day, ran out of gas for copper line brazing, and had no backup supply. First day ended at 1:30pm. This comedy of errors continued for the entire time they attempted to get the install completed. During the last few days the workers realized they had crossed pipes and wires in the attic. The details are too lengthy, but over-priced and underserviced captures our experience. A two to three-day install took THREE weeks. Everyone was nice, but they simply Did Not get the job done. The absolute worse part? I shared my experience with the boss via email and letter and he didn't have the decency or common courtesy to respond or apologize. Avoid Wighton's at all costs cause it sure will "cost" you.

Wighton's is the best company I've never used. Let me explain. My wife and I are in the market for installing central air. We got several quotes, including from Wighton's. We heard from a friend that they were not the cheapest quote, but she had the most confidence in their competence and professionalism. My wife and I would wholeheartedly agree.
