We only received phone service for this ridiculously hot long Labor Day weekend, but this company truly brought us confidence in their service levels. We would not hesitate to call them again for estimate on repairs or replacement of our older systems. Thanks to other Yelp reviews they surfaced to the top when we really needed them!

My AC quit running on 9-1-22, one of the hottest days of the year. I called at about 4:45 expecting to get an answering machine or a person saying they could come out in two or three weeks. To my surprise, a very nice lady named April answered and she was more than happy to try to help me that evening but she was unable to find a nighttime tech. This company runs a deceitful online ad campaign bait and switching you into thinking they will clean your drain for $68, when in reality this is only a fee to get them to your door. Once the technician arrived he wouldn't listen to me tell him that it was the mainline clogged and just needed to be snaked he kept telling me how it could be many other things and how it was going to cost $419 just for him to get his tools out of the truck and try and clear the mainline and that was with no guarantee that he would be able to cl... read more

I had a plumbing leak in the attic of my house at 1 am and called Wightons. The technician (Carlos) that called me back was so professional, helpful and didn't make me feel like I was putting him out for making him come out in the middle of the night at all. When he arrived he was so nice and assessed the situation, took a video of what was going on and showed it to me and clearly outlined how he was going to fix it. My kitchen sink was stopped up and I needed a plumber. I found this company online. From the chat feature on the website where I explained the problem and was able to schedule a time (the next day) to the plumber-Carlos, this has been one of the best experiences with a plumbing service ever! The receptionist was friendly and professional. She checked back a couple of times to update me on the status of the service. Carlos arrived on time. In the heat of summer, our AC unit quit producing cold air. I called Wighton's bc I knew the family from years ago and believed them to be efficient. After leaving a voicemail and call back number, I received a msg that a tech would be in touch soon. After days of no contact, I left another msg. Still no contact. So, I call "Bee right there plumbing" and they responded immediately and came in one day. Wighton's may be good, but I'll never know.

They don't fix the problem but still kept our money. Be very careful dealing with this company. Their tech are there to do things but not to fix the underlying problem. They were hired to fix a one year old water heater that would stop reheating the water. The tech came and charged $90 for inspection which we paid. The tech determined that the problem is with the control valve. The part is still under warranty so they ordered from Rheem for free. They then quoted $458 to install the part. I called Wighton to inspect my HVAC and was ok with the $77 service to visit and provide an estimate.. The technician arrived and inspected my HVAC system. The price was over my budget and so I declined the service. To my dismay I was charge an additional $81.00 for the inspection. I never would have agreed for Wighton's technician to visit if I knew Wighton would tack on additional charges for an estimate. Buyer beware!
