I highly recommend the great team at Wighton's. Malcom and Mike were tremendous. Malcom was extremely informative, no pressure, and just a great resource in helping us figure out the right solution for our home. Mike handled the installation and we couldn't be happier. Great experience overall!

Wow. What a frustrating experience, two months in the making. Multiple reschedules, lack of communication, business-splaining how they do things and how their industry works, in the place of maintaining the relationship and customer experience. And all with an open bid for AC installation from a very confident Patrick, including a potential upgrade to new heater. Very disheartening to see a local shop handle their long time customers this way.

Great company with great customer service. The sales rep that came out (Pat S.) is a great guy who was very informative and not over bearing. He didn't sugar coat anything, and really laid out the facts in a clear way and gave us the choice. This company is on the higher price end, but it is this way because they have VERY professional install team (great at work clean up, very detailed, and polite). We just finished having a new heater, air conditioner, new attic ductwork, and a new whole house fan installed in our house. We were very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism of Wighton's Heating and Air Conditioning. We worked with comfort advisor James Lamon, and had installers Curtis Williams and Knoll Smith. We could not have asked for a better team of experts than we had with Curtis and Knoll. Our heater stopped blowing hot air off and on and wouldn't shut off. Basically just having issues. I tried one local company that was clueless. I had Wighton's out and they diagnosed the problem within an hour. They got me a quote and had the part ordered and installed same week. Price was good and comparable to what I found on google for the part and labor. I'll definitely use them again.

We contacted Wighton's to schedule a furnace inspection/maintenance. My husband contacted them and an appt was scheduled for the following Friday afternoon. The morning of the day I received a call from Holly their dispatcher who asked to reschedule the appt because they had some bigger job they didn't anticipate taking as long. First and last time I'll be using Wighton's for any of my heating needs. Three weeks, two service call charges + the cost of a pest control ($1,300.) to mitigate possible rodent activity near the underfloor heating unit, I am advised by the second Wighton's service man that he remedied the problem by plugging the heater's power cord back into the electrical outlet. Lesson learned.

Hi Anne, Sorry for your frustration. Unfortunately, we were not able to access your furnace under the house to determine what was wrong because the area around the furnace was infested with rodents, feces, and urine. Once the pest control company cleared the area, we were able to get to the furnace to determine it had been unplugged.
I desperately needed help after a terrible AC installation by Smart 72. Wighton's came to the rescue, specifically Patrick was great to work with. He explained everything that needed to be done and that the main problem was the ducting was not even close to an adequate size and was harming the unit.
