Wightons does our heating and air at work. They are always so great, I called them for home service. Had an appointment first thing the next day! Clayton arrived on time, professional and friendly. Did a complete check and found the problem. Heater was burning too hot and setting off our smoke detector. He even put a new battery in the smoke detector! Service was great, price was great and my legs don't burn when I stand by the heater! Highly recommend. My 83 year old Mother thanks you too!

Wightons will nickle and dime you, over charge and then make you wait a week for a part they could have got at Ace hardware! Apparently I was waiting on a $500 tube to fix my heater (In the dead of winter with 3 little kids) a part that took a week to come in on UPS and finally on day 7 I cancelled. I couldn't wait anymore with a freezing house and little kids. I called a local guy who came same day and fixed what I needed after a visit to ace hardware. Outstanding company with outstanding customer service! After installing our new Hvac system we had purchased the wrong size register for a vent way at the top of a vaulted ceiling. We sold our home several months later and getting that installed was part of the contingency for sale. I couldn't locate the correct size they had written down and I could not reach the vent to measure again. I recently had Wighton's put in a new Furnace & Air conditioning system into my 1974 Mobile Home I just purchased. It has been a wonderful experience from start to finish with Wighton's. Called, explained our problem and mentioned a coupon we received in the mail. It wasn't until after the service was complete we learned they couldn't perform what the coupon was for. Next our tech told us the repair would take 15 miniutes, but they had to order a specialty part made only for our furnace. Quoted over $800, the part is $200. Hired them, paid them for their service. Their crew knew what they were doing and did a good job. Their crew also stated that our system worked great, while the estimator told us we should have our whole hvac system replaced in a few years. That left me questioning the fancy brochures that talked about how everyone knows what they are doing there.
