I was so disappointed in this place (location South Park). We had reservations for 5:15 p.m. & were seated at 5:30 p.m. in the small FREEZING COLD room close to the bar. At your pricing please do better! The Caesar salad had a heavy MAYO based flavor, the crab stuffed mushrooms where very small & bland. The King salmon w/shrimp was prepared in some sort of bbq butter sauce & was horrible!!! I forget the name of the potatoes we ordered but they were soggy & poorly seasoned. This is my Mom's favorite restaurant and I always take her to this location when she comes to visit. Rom was an amazing server. He was friendly, hospitable, and accommodating. He made great suggestions and was attentive. There was an issue with my Mom's meal. It was quickly mitigated and the manager took care of it off the tab. I will definitely return and request Dom as a server.

The food was amazing. Absolutely everything. Our server/bartender was a hard worker and didn't miss a beat. The manager was very friendly and came around helping his staff and patrons any way he can. Good food. Good team. Nice place to go.

Excellent service and delicious food. In town for a work function and this was convenient to our hotel. The Classics menu is a good value. Drinks a little pricey. Overall recommend.

We came here for our anniversary. Overall a good experience. They do not have a valet service on a Saturday night in Uptown Charlotte. I would expect a restaurant at this price point to have valet, especially located in the middle of a downtown area and on a Saturday. They also don't validate. When you check in on Yelp you are offered the Classic 3 course menu for 49.99. This location doesn't honor it. They just tell you "corporate sends it down and we're a franchise so we don't honor it". On March 15 I had a bad experience with Valet parking where my firearm was missing when my car was returned by the valet. How was this possible? No signs of forced entry nor did my alarm sound. So make it make sense. NEVER AGAIN! The manager on duty did not show any concern that the valet for his establishment could not account for my missing firearm that was there when the valet was given my key! Wish I could give them Zero stars.

Last night March 15th my aunt went to Ruth's Chris for dinner & her gun was stolen out of her car by the valet. When my aunt told the valet her gun was in the door he told her "oh don't worry about it". Only later for her to come out of the restaurant an hour & twenty minutes later to find that her gun was not in sight & missing from her car. Don't leave any items of value in your car if you eat at this restaurant. Hopefully Ruth's Chris does the right thing & investigate the young man & reimburse her for the gun. Sad...this... read more

Our waiter Dom was and is amazing. We came in with a staggered group. Some that needed to leave early for flights and others just chilling and chatting. Dom took care of us and for all the orders taken, filled and had those with flights out the door in time. Thanks Dom.
