Took 40 minutes just to order our drinks, our waiter was not even the one to put them in or bring them to our table- it was the manager. Another waiter accidentally dropped and shattered a wine glass that went all under my table. I found shards all over. My girlfriend's medium steak was more rare than anything. Our waiter was super friendly but not very knowledgeable about the menu or cuts of steak. I would never recommend going here honestly. We came for Restaurant Week to experience the 3-course meal option. The food was great. I noticed other guests where asked if they wanted their coats hung up, while we were not asked. We sat at a booth with our coats stuffed in the seats, unknowing this option was available since this was the first time visiting. Our server Dom seemed like a sincerely nice guy and wants to make sure you feel welcome. Always enjoy spending a night grabbing dinner at my favorite restaurant, Ruth's Chris. This Uptown location in particular is my favorite one by far. The staff is amazing, no matter what server we get we are never disappointed. I tried the cowboy ribeye for the first time and let me tell you it was to die for. My favorite drink is the coconut lemon ginger drop. Will definitely be returning!

Uptown Ruth's Chris always exceeds expectations with both service and food. Can't wait to go back and have another great experience. Definitely recommend asking about the chefs special, it is to die for!
