This was the worst Ruth Chris experience I've ever had, I ordered medium well and received overcooked extremely well done steak. Not a satisfactory experience for the costly steak

My family and I celebrated my moms birthday here on 9/11/22. It was not an experience we were looking forward to. The private room had dirty silverware on the floor and we were rushed because apparently we had our table booked too late in the evening and were still there past closing. I have been reaching out to the managers since 9/12 and they haven't been cooperative in solving this issue. It's more but I would be here all day writing. Believe me I will not be back here anytime soon.

Filet Steak was low quality. So far the worst quality of a Ruth Chris' while others are typically excellent.

I was prepared to order Lamb chops wham I was told on a Sunday. The restaurant had only been open 1 hour upon my arrival there fore I ordered crab cakes and was very disappointed they had no flavor at all to be so expensive for 3 cakes. Wasted my Sunday evening I should've just cooked at home but I had guest out of town visiting therefore we went out. I guess I'll call before going here again to be sure I can get lamb chops

Ruth's is our favorite place to celebrate. We have been there several times and the food and service are always impeccable. From the butter they put on the steaks to the desserts we've never had a bad thing to eat there.

Welcome to the Ruth Chris Uptown Charlotte Experience! A week ago today I visited Ruth Chris Uptown to celebrate my birthday. Usually don't like to go into restaurants late/right before they close because I'm a server myself, but JOE did an amazing job Saturday night. I had reservations for 10:30 that night right after I got off work. Didn't take us very long to get seated and started with appetizers and wine. I met a couple of friends for dinner last night. As always the atmosphere and service was top notch from when I checked in (reservation) until we left. When our steaks were brought to our table they gave my friend steak (rare plus) to me and mine (medium) to him. After taking a bite we discovered the mix up. They corrected the mix up and the manager delivered the properly cooked steak to my friend as well as two fresh/hot sides.
