This RC location is just as good if not better than all the other locations. The Yelp average of 3.9 is too low. We did not research the other reviews yet to see why they did not 5 star this property, but our experience was 5 star. We got the petite filet and ribeye and shared along with the steamed broccoli and mushroom sides. This is a high end steak house so each item is a la cart. Good but a bit overpriced IMO you pay for the experience which is good if you are trying to impress but if you only care about having a good steak there are more affordable options.

Roger was our server tonight and he went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. He was highly interactive, funny, and entertaining, all while still being very professional. The whole experience was great, everyone we came across was great, but Roger was absolutely amazing.

17Sep24 we had a reservation for 1845. We had not been to Ruth's Chris Steak House in about 15 yrs. We had guest from out of town and they pick her to go for a good steak. We ordered our drinks, water, a beer and Diet Coke. When we went to order we were advised that they were out of petit and regular 11oz filets. When I told my husband I'd have to be a vegetarian for the night the waiter stated that they had chicken and fish dishes. Absolutely Delicious filet mignon and shrimp seasoned & cooked to perfection! The server was friendly, attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. The ambiance beautiful, classy yet very calming. Loved this location!

We typically avoid chains however RC always has a social place in our stomach. Last night RC Uptown felt like a chain. Place was freezing cold. Bar area was dead. Our bartender (Franz) couldn't remember our order and left off our favorite add (blue cheese on top of bone in filet). Steak was great - the potatoes Al gratin looked like I made them at home. There's a first time for everything. I have eaten at Ruth Chris too many times to count over the years. I return frequently because despite being a chain, which I tend to avoid, generally speaking both the food and the service are consistently lovely. I hadn't been to a Ruth's Chris in a while. I won't be back. The bartenders were awesome. They were friendly and did a great job. Dinner was a different story. My steak was overcooked and not close to how it was ordered. The quality of the meat wasn't good. Our baked potato was terrible. This was not even close to a $200 dinner. It was Saturday night and it was dead. Now I can see why.
