On March 15 I had a bad experience with Valet parking where my firearm was missing when my car was returned by the valet. How was this possible? No signs of forced entry nor did my alarm sound. So make it make sense. NEVER AGAIN! The manager on duty did not show any concern that the valet for his establishment could not account for my missing firearm that was there when the valet was given my key! Wish I could give them Zero stars.

Last night March 15th my aunt went to Ruth's Chris for dinner & her gun was stolen out of her car by the valet. When my aunt told the valet her gun was in the door he told her "oh don't worry about it". Only later for her to come out of the restaurant an hour & twenty minutes later to find that her gun was not in sight & missing from her car. Don't leave any items of value in your car if you eat at this restaurant. Hopefully Ruth's Chris does the right thing & investigate the young man & reimburse her for the gun. Sad...this... read more

Our waiter Dom was and is amazing. We came in with a staggered group. Some that needed to leave early for flights and others just chilling and chatting. Dom took care of us and for all the orders taken, filled and had those with flights out the door in time. Thanks Dom.

Clayton, our server, was extremely attentive and knowledgeable. He paced our meal perfectly and always made sure our drinks were full. He was very quick when bringing us our checks while also being polite and waiting on another larger (party) table. Our salads were great, especially the croutons, while our food runner was extremely friendly/helpful AND hyper-aware of my friend's allergy. This will be the last time I visit this location. From the valet issues, hostess issues, food issues, waitress, and bartender issues, I will drive out to the South Park location if I ever decide to try Ruth Chris again.Waited 10 minutes for valet. When we finally flagged him down, he stated he works on tips and that he will be leaving at 9 (reservation was for 830pm). Me and my family went to Ruth's Chris for Thanksgiving dinner. We didn't know what to expect, especially given it was a holiday and service has been rough at places around Charlotte lately. We were pleasantly surprised. Our server was awesome. Everything was great. They do even offer a full thanksgiving plating for around $50, including a nice dessert. I opted for the Texas ribeye, along with potatoes AU gratin, Brussels sprouts and a side of bread. Everything turned out great. Definitely order the steak medium.
