HORRIBLE experience never again will I set myself up for disrespect, disappointment and embarrassment again by coming to this location. I'm appalled by the way I was treated and the way my food order was handled. I was discriminated against using every excuse the staff can find. I'm so kind to everyone around me I work in customer service myself I deal with people all day I don't ever give this treatment even on my worst days. We had the most delicious meal of rib eye, bone in strip, chopped salad and potatoes. The steaks were tender, juicy and cooked to perfection. Topped off with a lovely seasonal martini. Gavin our waiter was extremely professional and had a wonderful personality that made our experience even better. Highly recommend if visiting Charlotte.

Great service, mid-food in some dishes. Shrimp cocktail had huge shrimp...tiger size. Love this dish. Steaks are still something that are solid, but still, just not that great Had a mediocre ribeye cut, cooked properly, just not a great piece of meat, so giving the steak 3.5. The worst Ruths in the country. The worst service The worst management The worst quality of meat The worst cooks. They brought me 3 different NY Strips today over the course of an hour and 45 minutes and not one of them was edible. Even the homeless sleeping on the front patio wouldnt eat this dog mess.

I'm in Charlotte for the week and for the last four days I've had dinner at Ruth's Chris steak House three times. Yes it's that incredibly good. The Ruth's classics menu options offer a fabulous soup or salad, choice of entrées, one side and a Desert for an incredible price. If you eat in the bar there are additional deals there during happy hour. Because I'm by myself I just eat in the bar and I have come to know Alina, Caroline, Aaliyah and Toph. My wife and I went for my birthday and it was our first time at this establishment. We had reservations for 8:30 but came early and we're seated. Dom and Giovanni our servers did an amazing job. The food was excellent and my wife enjoyed the American mules. Will definitely be back in the future.

Honestly the service was better than the food. The food was just okay and not worth the price at all to me. The food lacked flavor, the best part of the lamb chops was the temperature of them and the butter that was under them. This experience has confirmed that I don't care for fine dining. Expensive food with lack of flavor. P.s their menu is a la carte. The inside is nice and dim though.

We had a horrible experience at the Uptown Ruth Chris restaurant, each order was bad. Lobster Mac and Cheese was dry, the crab cakes left much taste to be desired for, the barbecue shrimp had no barbecue. We went to this location for my husband's birthday and it certainly was a bust, not at all appetizing. The waiter asked us to box our dessert to go, like he didn't want us to eat there, I was like no we should at least get one thing we'll like - wrong again.
