My coworker and I were both first-timers to Ruth's Chris. We chose this restaurant for Queen's Feast Restaurant Week because of its classic, upscale- mega chain status. Sometimes, with restaurant week it can be crowded, or rushed and impersonal. This was not the case. Had a great time at Ruth's Chris with my family and was pleased with my entree and all the appetizers we ordered. The calamari were voted the best of all by everyone at the table. The surf and turf was also a popular item among the family and was phenomenal. And for dessert, I recommend the apple tart. Delicious.

We came to Ruth's Chris expecting great food and service. The service was good. Unfortunately, the food was not. We never got our meal. People that came in after us and ordered got their meals and ours never came. We asked the server to find out if our meal was coming and said if it wasn't that we would check out. We checked out. It is a shame the kitchen could not keep up. We will never go back. We dine out frequently but won't be visiting this restaurant ever again. Very disappointed.

Really enjoyed my time here. I stopped in because a nearby restaurant's wait was too long. I was able to be accommodated in the bar/lounge area. The bartender was great, very polite & welcoming. I decided on the Prix Fixe menu. And added a drink and crème brûlée. Steak was cooked perfectly, loved the Ruby Red Greyhound cocktail. Bisque could've been better. Would love to come back.

Big shout-out to Andreas Nikanjam for helping our team out after another nearby restaurant failed to serve our party of 10. Our team - in town for business - left another venue hungry and cranky. Almost immediately upon arrival at Ruth's Chris Andreas and his team had our party seated and served. Our team was VERY grateful. This is how you do customer service. We went to Ruth Chris on a busy Saturday night. The atmosphere of the place is inviting. We appreciated that it was not noisy, and we could comfortably talk and hear each other. Our server was friendly and quick to take our orders. Drink refills ( water) were a little slow, and it took a while to get the check picked up, but otherwise, the meal and service pace was fine. I normally avoid chains in favor of local options and have dined at nearly a dozen Ruths Chris restaurants over the years, but was so pleasantly surprised by the service, local staff, and great food here.

Very, VERY satisfied with this establishment. EVERYthing was very good... not good, VERY good. Seldom do I walk out of a restaurant feel as though I got my moneys worth. This one is head and shoulders above any in the charlotte metro area.
