My steak came out well done when I asked for medium. There was no pink to it at all. The plate was oven temp and seemed unnecessary. The side dishes were amazing though. Server did his best considering how busy he was. Keep an eye on our drinks. We should never have to ask. I had the ribeye by the way.
Great steak house with high-quality food and great service in a very elegant atmosphere. Excellent mixologists making refined cocktails. Their wine list has an excellent wine selection. I had the blue cheese-crusted filet mignon with some bearnaise sauce on the side, lyonnaise potatoes, and a glass(maybe two) of Bordeaux wine. I am definitely going to do it again!
The food was great our server was great and the ambiance was great the only issue was whoever brought the food out for our server forgot everyone's sides. And it took awhile for someone to bring them out.
Excellent food! Excellent service! Definitely will be returning. Pricey, but worth it. The atmosphere was great. A great place to celebrate special occasions.
I'v been wanting to check out Ruth Chris Steak House for a while because I've heard lots of great things about them, but I must say I was disappointed! Everything is À la cart. I ordered the French onion soup and it was ok, but I probably would not order it again. At what price point does one require impeccable service? I'm a believer that once you hit the $100/guest avg, service must be fluid. You shouldn't have to ask twice for an item and table resets should definitely happen between courses. I understand the industry has taken a hit on qualified labor, but there's a still a standard that needs to be met when a party of 5 has a total bill of +$700 (pre-tax/grat). Big miss here. This was the worst Ruth Chris experience I've ever had, I ordered medium well and received overcooked extremely well done steak. Not a satisfactory experience for the costly steak
My family and I celebrated my moms birthday here on 9/11/22. It was not an experience we were looking forward to. The private room had dirty silverware on the floor and we were rushed because apparently we had our table booked too late in the evening and were still there past closing. I have been reaching out to the managers since 9/12 and they haven't been cooperative in solving this issue. It's more but I would be here all day writing. Believe me I will not be back here anytime soon.
Filet Steak was low quality. So far the worst quality of a Ruth Chris' while others are typically excellent.
