Restaurant week... we should of picked another restaurant I don't know what was going on in the kitchen last night! Calamari came out extra late... they cooked my girls steak wrong twice "medium rare and well done are not the same" although they did offer to recook it again for the 3rd time but who wants to sit there again my steak had gotten cold waiting on hers to return for the kitchen.. after all that I asked to have one my appetizer boxed to go just to get home and it's not in my bag this use to be my favorite Ruth Chri... read more

Don't know what the hype.... We walked in and were seated in the lounge. The long tall counter top reminded me of a quick bite at an airport bar. Can't call it a lounge. Too tight and uncomfortable. People were dressed like they were in a rural sports bar. The food was good but not great and it was too dark at the table. Calamari was tiny and steak was burned. Mashed potato and sweet potato casserole pretty good.

I love Ruths Chris, and While I usually opt for Take out I decided to take my Mom so that she could experience it. My mom loved the experience overall. I will say that our waiter could have been a bit nicer but hey, it is what it is. The mac and cheese was a bit watery, but we sent it back and they fixed it immediately. I went to Ruth's Chris steak house on a Friday night with a good friend of mine for girls night. I will honestly say girls night here is a new favorite of mine. (Next to brunching of course ‍). We dressed kinda comfy that evening so we sat at the bar as it is a more upscale atmosphere and environment. The experience at the bar was just as good. The bartenders were really nice and attentive. If you want a steak this is the place! Amazing hospitality and service by the staff! My friends and I decided to give it a go, and we weren't disappointed at all! I recommend the Tomahawk Steak, the lobster mac and of course the cream brûlée!!!!!

Thank you to the Staff and Management of Ruth Chris for Accommodating our party of 8! We walked in and they made it happen IMMEDIATELY without a doubt! This is what you call "CUSTOMER SERVICE!" This place we highly recommend due to fact this was last minute and a quick ladies trip for us! I don't know what else to say except for THANK YOU RUTH CHRIS FOR THE WARM WELCOME TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT! Now you all will forever get our business!!!! You placed us 1st!!!!!!!

Went on a Saturday night. You definitely need a reservation. They do complimentary valet parking!! We waited a while for our food to come out, a good 30 minutes for a meal for 2. We ordered the new York trip, sweet potato casserole, sizzling crab cakes and mashed potatoes. The food was really good. Our waitress Summer was really nice and sweet! I would go back for the food, but probably not this location

What a wonderful night out! Our sever Gavi took excellent care of us. We stopped in for an early birthday dinner for my boyfriend and start it off with a bottle of the Elk Cove Pinot noir, not the best Pinot he had, but ended up ordering a bottle of Burleys Cabernet Sauvignon to go! I myself had a martini cocktail as well as a grapefruit cocktail I can't quite remember the names of the drinks, maybe I had too many!! While Ruth Chris is a steak house I go here for the stuffed chicken. OMG, if yoi have not tried the chicken yet, do yourself a favor and run to your nearest Ruth Chris Steak House. I went a couple of Mondays ago the work week started off horrible. I had the Stuffed Chicken (of course), Mashed Potatoes, and this amazing Sangiovese. I was good and full by the time I left.
