I brought my 22 year old daughter to Ruth's Chris for her first time. We're visiting Charlotte together to plan my upcoming move here. Ruth's Chris is always consistently good but Dom and Andreas provided exceptional service tonight with that added southern hospitality. The food was prepared perfectly and I couldn't have asked for anything more. I'll definitely be back after I get settled in here!
We just had the best meal we have ever had at an upscale restaurant. The service was wonderful!! So attentive. From the hostess all the way down to the young man who refilled our water. It was our 38th anniversary and all the staff that came by our table acknowledged that. The food was out of this world. The bread was to die for. Crispy outside but soft inside. We had to have a second loaf. We will definitely be visiting there again.
Absolutely perfect Valentine's dinner! Our waiter, Ryan, was very courteous and friendly. We loved the 75 Cabernet, crab cake appetizer, sizzling filets with asparagus and au gratin potatoes, and "chocolate explosion" dessert with decaf coffee. We have never been disappointed by a Ruth's Chris before, and this uptown Charlotte location exceeded all expectations!!!
The meal was amazing, Dom and Jordan did an awesome job!!!! I will definitely come back again.
By far great customer service ever !!! Tim the manager walked over to ensure every need was met and our waitress was an absolute delight - super sweet with great recommendations!!! And....the food was PHENOMENAL!!! Cant wait to return!!!
My boyfriend an I enjoyed our first experience at Ruth's Chris. Our server, Labryni made it extra special because of her warm demeanor. The steaks were prepared perfectly and the the wine was a great compliment. We will definitely be back and will make certain to ask for Labryni !
My niece and I walked in and the hostess at the front desk was on the phone didn't acknowledge us. When she got off the phone 5 mins later she asked if she could help we said we would like to sit outside due to COVID and she said which side and we told her. She Says we have a dress code as she walked around the counter and looked at us And said OK you're okay. Wonderful experience. The waiters paid attention to our needs, kept the drinks full and the table clean. Food was excellent too!
The food was delicious and the our service by Mitchell was impeccable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was so sweet! The sweet potato casserole was sooooooo good! Can't wait to revisit!
