I went to Ruth's Chris steak house on a Friday night with a good friend of mine for girls night. I will honestly say girls night here is a new favorite of mine. (Next to brunching of course ). We dressed kinda comfy that evening so we sat at the bar as it is a more upscale atmosphere and environment. The experience at the bar was just as good. The bartenders were really nice and attentive. If you want a steak this is the place! Amazing hospitality and service by the staff! My friends and I decided to give it a go, and we weren't disappointed at all! I recommend the Tomahawk Steak, the lobster mac and of course the cream brûlée!!!!!
Thank you to the Staff and Management of Ruth Chris for Accommodating our party of 8! We walked in and they made it happen IMMEDIATELY without a doubt! This is what you call "CUSTOMER SERVICE!" This place we highly recommend due to fact this was last minute and a quick ladies trip for us! Went on a Saturday night. You definitely need a reservation. They do complimentary valet parking!! We waited a while for our food to come out, a good 30 minutes for a meal for 2. We ordered the new York trip, sweet potato casserole, sizzling crab cakes and mashed potatoes. The food was really good. Our waitress Summer was really nice and sweet! I would go back for the food, but probably not this location
What a wonderful night out! Our sever Gavi took excellent care of us. We stopped in for an early birthday dinner for my boyfriend and start it off with a bottle of the Elk Cove Pinot noir, not the best Pinot he had, but ended up ordering a bottle of Burleys Cabernet Sauvignon to go! While Ruth Chris is a steak house I go here for the stuffed chicken. OMG, if yoi have not tried the chicken yet, do yourself a favor and run to your nearest Ruth Chris Steak House. I went a couple of Mondays ago the work week started off horrible. I had the Stuffed Chicken (of course), Mashed Potatoes, and this amazing Sangiovese. I was good and full by the time I left. On 9/1 I went with about 12 other people from our company for an event at the Ruth's Chris Steak House on Tryon Street in Charlotte NC. I love steak and I was so excited. I grew up on a beef farm in the Midwest and I always look forward to a great Steak. I was very disappointed. I ordered the Cowboy Ribeye which was $65 alone. I ordered it cooked MR+. Great place amazing staff! Jake the bartender was 1st rate. Everyone that came in he asked there name and remembered it. Several regulars came in but he tended to all the same! Food was very good and service was great!
Hello friends, Mikalia was very great as a waitress. Service was great. However the food had to be sent back twice. Calamari was warm or closer to the side of cold. And i ordered a Kentucky Mule that the bartender must have forgot and just made me Lime-aid. Our waitress jumped on it quick and rectified the situation. The next order of Calamari was piping hot.
