We went for our Anniversary the food was amazing, service was immaculate they even gave us a champagne toast to celebrate. Now the valet is where the poor service was they lost our car we waited almost 2 hours for our car we even went to try to find the car ourselves still nothing. Overall terrible valet service to still spend almost $300 on our meal then to get to a ending like this.....

My experience at Ruth's Chris was good! We had reservations and it took about 10-15 minutes to be seated once we checked in. The food was delicious and portions were big. Service was a bit slow but it could have been because they were busy. I'd go back.

If you have a couple of hours to spend waiting for your steak to be properly cooked, feel free to stop by this location. We ordered a t-bone and a cowboy ribeye medium well and received two overcooked steaks. I could hardly cut the steak. The manager was nice about it, however, we just didn't have another hour to wait on two more steaks that should have be cooked the right way when ordered. My wife and I went out to celebrate my wife's birthday and we had the pleasure of being served by Dom. He was a delight to talk to, and he was very attentive to us. He made us feel like a million bucks. The food and drinks were as amazing as the service. I had steak and shrimp with garlic mashed potatoes. Ive been to plenty Ruth's Chris and I been to this one before I had server dominque and it was just wonderful . But I attended on Valentine's Day and received the worst service ever I had a reservation at 8 and decided to have my sister come for her first time.First thing we received bread and no butter we told our waiter and waited 30 minutes just to not receive any but told a different waiter and still didn't get it . Restaurant week... we should of picked another restaurant I don't know what was going on in the kitchen last night! Calamari came out extra late... they cooked my girls steak wrong twice "medium rare and well done are not the same" although they did offer to recook it again for the 3rd time but who wants to sit there again my steak had gotten cold waiting on hers to return for the kitchen.. after all that I asked to have one my appetizer boxed to go just to get home and it's not in my bag this use to be my favorite Ruth Chri... read more

Don't know what the hype.... We walked in and were seated in the lounge. The long tall counter top reminded me of a quick bite at an airport bar. Can't call it a lounge. Too tight and uncomfortable. People were dressed like they were in a rural sports bar. The food was good but not great and it was too dark at the table. Calamari was tiny and steak was burned. Mashed potato and sweet potato casserole pretty good.

I love Ruths Chris, and While I usually opt for Take out I decided to take my Mom so that she could experience it. My mom loved the experience overall. I will say that our waiter could have been a bit nicer but hey, it is what it is. The mac and cheese was a bit watery, but we sent it back and they fixed it immediately.
