The meal was amazing, Dom and Jordan did an awesome job!!!! I will definitely come back again.
By far great customer service ever !!! Tim the manager walked over to ensure every need was met and our waitress was an absolute delight - super sweet with great recommendations!!! And....the food was PHENOMENAL!!! Cant wait to return!!!
My boyfriend an I enjoyed our first experience at Ruth's Chris. Our server, Labryni made it extra special because of her warm demeanor. The steaks were prepared perfectly and the the wine was a great compliment. We will definitely be back and will make certain to ask for Labryni !
My niece and I walked in and the hostess at the front desk was on the phone didn't acknowledge us. When she got off the phone 5 mins later she asked if she could help we said we would like to sit outside due to COVID and she said which side and we told her. She Says we have a dress code as she walked around the counter and looked at us And said OK you're okay. Wonderful experience. The waiters paid attention to our needs, kept the drinks full and the table clean. Food was excellent too!
The food was delicious and the our service by Mitchell was impeccable. He was extremely knowledgeable about the menu and was so sweet! The sweet potato casserole was sooooooo good! Can't wait to revisit!

On 9/20/20 I ordered from this Ruth Chris as I normally due on Sundays. Instead of going into the restaurant and ordering from the bar I decided to order ahead. As I entered the restaurant to pick up my food at the bar I was told that the hostess would have my food due to be ordering in advance. I do not normally leave review for restaurants... literally, this is the first time i have ever felt compelled to leave a review. I have dined in at this location for years now and the food was good as usual. The difference in my experience this time though, was the waitress. Her name was Michelle and she is absolutely exceptional at what she does. I will be returning to this restaurant more frequently now solely because Of the attention to customer service that she exhibited. She needs to be behind the bar!!!
