On 9/20/20 I ordered from this Ruth Chris as I normally due on Sundays. Instead of going into the restaurant and ordering from the bar I decided to order ahead. As I entered the restaurant to pick up my food at the bar I was told that the hostess would have my food due to be ordering in advance. As I approached the hostess desk I informed them my name and the exact order. The hostess then ask to see prof of my order so I showed them my phone and the text msg of the order confirmation. I do not normally leave review for restaurants... literally, this is the first time i have ever felt compelled to leave a review. I have dined in at this location for years now and the food was good as usual. The difference in my experience this time though, was the waitress. Her name was Michelle and she is absolutely exceptional at what she does. I will be returning to this restaurant more frequently now solely because Of the attention to customer service that she exhibited. She needs to be behind the bar!!!

Very good service. No corkage fee which was very nice. My wife had the 11oz filet with a lobster tail and I had the 22oz cowboy ribeye. They were both cooked perfectly medium rare. Calamari appetizer was very good. Cheesecake and Creme Brûlée's were really good. Plus they had Blantons bourbon!

The food is excellent. I always go for the cowboy ribeye, Caesar salad and Mac n cheese lobster, I would split everything because it's all very big portions. The blueberry mojito is AMAZING. I had the pleasure of having Clayton serve me on my birthday, and I'll tell you, he is one of the best waiter I have ever witness. He's very attentive and just makes the whole experience amazing. Don't forget the Choclate explosion cake! It is delicious.

Had a wonderful meal with my wife tonight. I had called ahead to make reservations to dine indoors , but when we arrived it was so nice out that we asked to be sat outside. Staff said no problem give us a minute,(very professional) Once outside our server Jaeson as awesome!! Very friendly, knowledgeable about the menu , she enhanced our overall experience. We'll be back !

came here about two nights ago with one of my clients mother & a toodler. labryni was our server & i mean from start to ending she was absolutely amazing. i will always ask to be sat in her section! appetizer, wine recommendations, conversation and personality. everything was excellent!

A 5 star experience!!! We had such a great time at Ruth's Chris. The service was exceptional. Upon entry, we were immediately seated. Our waitress, Labryni, was so nice and attentive!! We had the crab cakes as our appetizer. My boyfriend ordered the steak and jumbo shrimp combo, a lobster tail, and sweet potato and pecan casserole. Where else can you get such a good mix of good eats for lunch. Just be careful and don't fall asleep if you have to go back to the office. I used to frequent here often but with so many options uptown I have to spread the love. I can never make up my mind of what to eat so the mixed grill satisfies my appetite. It's hard passing up any plate that has that stuffed chicken which is one of my favorites. Of course you will receive some stellar service just bring your appetite and enjoy
