Get ready to be ripped off! Had my A/c checked in the spring and my heat checked in the fall. Both times they said they had to replace the surge protector because it was burned out to the tune of $220. It is a ripoff. Changed companies and no need to change surge protectors. We used Perry a number of years but the surge protector replacement was the last straw as we had no other electrical issues due to electric surges. Along with their raise their maintenance agreement prices. Ripoff company to say the least.

Do not use this company, they will overcharge you and the workmanship is poor. If you do come in contact with this company, get a second opinion and you'll see what I mean. If you've had work done by them, get a second opinion, get the issues they leave behind fixed by someone else, fils a small claims case.

BEWARE! We had them come out for the $69.95 AC inspection, and by the time they left they were trying to charge $89.99 because they found the unit needed repair. Trying to charge $100/lb for Freon and said we were low 4-5 lbs. We found another local company that came out, called the manufacturer to verify that the part we needed would be covered under warranty, and only charged $60/lb for Freon verifying we only needed 3 lbs. When you have technicians on commission you have corruption selling everything you don't need just to make it buck for themselves . I would rate perry ac company ------5 star charged $450.00 a pound for R-22 Refrigerant and it didn't need any ,a true rip off

DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. I had them come out for an annual AC inspection for $69.95. The tech said the capacitor in the blower needed to be replaced for which I was charged $159.00. After the tech left I went on line and found the same capacitor for $9.00. I called to complain about the price gouging and the person who answered said if I didn't like it they would come out and take back the part. My wife and I have had a maintenance contract for our heating and air conditioner systems with Perry Heating and Cooling for many, many years. Two weeks ago a technician came to our home for the bi-annual inspection. We were told that our 11 year old unit had a 2nd compressor that was bad and that he recommended to replace the system. We had a new HVAC system--Trane, 18 SEER-- installed this week by Omar and Ozzie. They were super conscientious throughout the process as was Jesse, who helped us choose which unit to purchase. We were very pleased with the professsional attitude and quality workmanship throughout. Also found that their office people are very helpful in setting up appointments, gettting paper work in order, etc. Robo will be out tomorrow to reinstall some wood molding that had to be removed to gain access to the attic unit. I bought an a/c and heating unit from Perry eight years ago..they told me it was top of the line. Now eight years and two leaks(one they admitted was a factory defect) later my a/c needs $3,000.00 worth of repair and they tell me it is just normal wear and tear. Beware! My dad is 87 years old and lives in Tucson, Az. Last week it was 110 degrees and his air conditioner went out so he called Perry's air conditioning. When the first service man came out, he took out the original capacitor and replaced it with what looked like a used one. Within days, it stopped working so my dad called them back out.
