Since coming to Tucson in 1999, we have used Perry Heating and Cooling several times. We are very grateful to know that when we call, Perry Heating and Cooling will be there to service our system and get us up and running as fast as possible. So my AC compressor went out and there started the journey of finding an honest HVAC place to fix it. It seems everyone just wants to replace it. Oh bear in mind it's still under a dang warranty, so yeah not feeling good vibes from this industry. Well I call Perry because they put the AC in and it's under the warranty. We have done business with this company for over 20 years now. Our technician, Steve, is always friendly and courteous. That should be the norm for anyone involved in customer service- but, not everyone can make that claim. We can! This technician actually cares about his customers and this is always seen in the quality of his workmanship. He is honest and does his best for us. All of our expectations have been consistently exceeded. Thank you Steve and Perry Heating and Cooling.
My house received new duct work by Perry but subsequently I had two other companies and two other contractors review the work. They couldn't tell that new work was performed and based on the pics they gave me as well as leaves and insulation just obviously sitting on the floor and in the vents and ducts that Perry didn't clean the ducts after installation which I'm told is normal practice. I called the Perry company and never received a returned call. I cannot recommend this company.

I've been using Perry Heating and Cooling for years. To service an older AC unit or buy a new one. They are punctual, reasonably priced and give excellent service. Jordan came out today and gave me my options and made may AC unit work like new again. Quality Service at a great value. Very Happy!

Jordan delivered on quality, service and his word. This was a long process as I vetted many companies to replace my aging heating and air conditioning system. I never felt like I was being sold a product like with other companies, and he delivered when he said he would!

I have used Perry's twice, both times they gave great advice and provided the products appropriate for me. The installers are professional and courteous. They show up on time which is rare these days but important to me.

Perry refuses to honor a warranty on a mini split system. Took dozens of calls over several months to even get someone to come look at it. Took many more months to get them to order the part and come back to install it. The wrong part arrived, didn't fit, and the tech broke the plastic hinge on the cover during the attempt to install it (and tried to hide the damage by securing the cover with tape).
