When my thermostat had a problem in the middle of a heat wave Perry's was there until late in the evening to replace it and make sure we remained cool! The tech Estaban did an excellent job.

We used Perry for regular check-ups of our systems headed into summer and winter each year. We were always happy with their service. They showed up on time, completed the work quickly, and were affordable. Three days ago Tucson broke 110 for the first time this year and our unit stopped working in the heat of the day. We called and left a message with their answering service at about 4:45 PM. Perry Heating Cooling came out to do a service check of our two AC units. Didn't take anything apart and immediately began trying to sell me either freon (ridiculous prices), a new coil ($3600 - really) or a new unit. I refused because it didn't seem on the up and up. I just had another AC/heating technician here who said I didn't need any of the above for either unit. He noted that a wire had been recently snipped and nuts loosened on one unit. No question in my mind that Perry did this before they left.

Biggest mistake I ever made was buying our A/C from Perry Heating and cooling. Endless run around, excuses, and poor service. Anytime they come out it's never fixed right the first time and often not properly fixed at all. Read the rest of the reviews on Yelp and that will help you get a feeling of what it's like to deal with Perry. They blame the last tech that was out, they blame the unit you purchased, they make endless excuses all while your unit runs poorly no matter what change they make. When I scheduled the appt, the clerk told me the service man would call 15 min in advance to give me time to get the property (I don't live there, but work only 10 min away). The day of the appt, the service man, Mario, calls me and states he is 5 min away. When I advise him I'll be there in 10 min, he angrily asks me if I told the clerk that I wouldn't be there. I told him what the clerk had advised me, and he rudely said, "well, I'm 5 min away" and hung up the phone. I immediately left work and 10 min later pulled into the... read more

DO NOT USE Perry! We never had the repair --they charged us for the repair and part and kept giving us the run around as we were sweating for over a week in 100+ degree temps. Tried to ask for the manager multiple times and he never called us back. Went in person and had very rude treatment and still never able to meet manager. Found out they never ordered the part but were never honest with us. Do yourself a favor--do not waste your time. Horrible customer service.

Our air conditioner needed fixing a couple of weeks ago and decided to call Perry. We had never used them before and were so impressed and happy with the service that we will be using them again when the occasion calls for it. The Tech, Brandon M. was on time, friendly and found the problem in a matter of minutes. A spare part was quickly found and we had our cooling back in less than 30 minutes. I waited around 3 hours (9a-12p) this weekday morning for my (3hr. window) appointment on an estimate to show; a man showed up after 12p as I'm on my way out for work. He was late and I suggested they reschedule for later this week. (am giving 2 stars because I finally saw the guy though late.)
