Beware! My dad is 87 years old and lives in Tucson, Az. Last week it was 110 degrees and his air conditioner went out so he called Perry's air conditioning. When the first service man came out, he took out the original capacitor and replaced it with what looked like a used one. Within days, it stopped working so my dad called them back out. We've been with Perry for about 15 years. They installed the HVAC for the main part of the house and then a heat pump when we expanded the master bedroom a few years later. We've opted for their spring and fall maintenance checks which brings a lot of peace of mind. We've always been been happy with the knowledge and professionalism of their technicians. We had some air conditioning problems. We paid a great deal for a weekend visit. The information about our air conditioner, that we were given, was completely wrong and priced way higher than the company that did the work. We were misled. The follow-up phone call never came and when we received our invoice in the mail, it was full of misinformation. I would never use this company!

I use Perry Heating and Cooling to do the maintenance on my mom's house. We always ask for Estevan. He's always prompt and explains everything he's doing to my mom. She's comfortable with him and we're very happy with his work

I was in need of maintenance on my heating/cooling unit when I decided to call Perry Heating and Cooling. I was pleasantly surprised when the woman who answered the phone (Melissa) was cheerful and helpful. When the tech arrived he was great. He listened to me as I explained what I needed and went to work. Not only was Perry Heating and Cooling reasonable they are professional from the office to the techs. I will definitely use them again.

We picked Perry to install a new Rheem HVAC on 03/8/2013, and it has been a nightmare since. 17 months into it, the company finally decided to replace with another unit because of many issues. The newer unit has performed much better, still there has been numerous repairs and maintenance calls for both no hot air in winter and no cool air in the summer for the past 34 months. AT the Home & Garden show, we won a certificate for Free Duct Cleaning of up to 10 registers. Called to schedule that appointment a couple weeks ago. Scheduled it for this morning (Monday). I hung a note & my free certificate on the laundry room door, as a reminder to myself. I was told I would be called Friday to confirm my 3 hour time window.
