Perry Heating did a great job fixing my heating issue. Did not try to upsell, technician ******* is knowledgeable and efficient, and was here in a very timely manner. ***** and *** who are the service dispatchers were great keeping us informed of the process. Thank you Perry heatng and cooling.
The technician arrived within the time frame arranged, was thorough in describing what he was going to do, did the tasks in a timely manner and explained what he had done once completed. Would highly recommend this tech and firm.

I’m a longtime Customer with Perry heating and cooling, For one reason, customer service. I’m currently replacing my second unit with Perry, both occasions, the technician, was prompt, courteous, and professional. As a data center operations manager, I would recommend Perry heating and cooling service for both residential and commercial.
AC went out Sunday afternoon so we called two different numbers and left messages. Our call was returned Sunday night and an appointment was promptly scheduled for Monday morning. Technician **** arrived within the window we were given and promptly diagnosed the problem as a bad thermostat. He was as able to reset it to factory settings so we could at least have it running while awaiting a new thermostat. Other than timing, the technician was very knowledgeable and courteous. He offered a preventative corrosion option without being pushy.

I have tried several plumbers over the years ... the job gets done, but the charges are wild ... which makes calling ANY plumber stressful. I was leery of the cost to get my kitchen sink drain flowing and a leak from the basket on one side of a double sink fixed.
