As you might figure my AC unit went out on me on a Sunday and a very hot day.. I called several companies that advertised a 24/7 service. The companies that did respond back to my phone call, all said they were booked until Monday! One company that answered my call was Perry Heating and Cooling. I am not happy with this service at all. I asked for my HVAC to be repaired, told him what I wanted, and he did something different. He left before I could examine his work, which was up on my roof. I asked for this problem to be resolved, have the HVAC set up the way it was originally set up by your company when the HVAC was installed, and have received unsatisfactory service. This is the worst contractor I have ever dealt with in my life. Repair was not done as instructed. Upped the charges to double what they should have been. On the return trip the service person was arrogant and argumentative and would not guarantee any changes. The manager would not return calls to correct the problem. I'm putting this review on behalf of my sister Nina Pelayo. Her a/c broke down Saturday night, 7/16/23. With temperatures soaring in Tucson and caring for our 96 year old dad(WWII vet), she had to act fast. Next day she called Perry A/C, the girl in the office was so nice and attentive, they were very busy, but their Technician, Jordan Mills would be there towards the early evening. Wow! I can't begin to complement enough the technician who came to our rescue today. But I'll try! Micah Mills was the quintessential professional. He kept in constant contact with pictures and explanations throughout his repair of our HVAC. He was honest about what to expect and thorough in how he presented the possibilities. Worst business you could ever do business with. Service is terrible, response time is terrible and they don't fix anything. Just full of excuses. $10,000 AC is a complete lemon!!!!

I called last night at 7 pm . Melissa scheduled me for today between 12 noon and 5 pm and said the tech will call 45 minutes ahead of arrival. Well its 5;30 and no Perry AC, no call, nothing. Not even a "I'll be late call". Very disappointing---read their add and you will see why. Not the best way to run a business. Look for some other company---promises don't fix a/c's. Excellent, beyond excellent, service from Anthony and Carlos, and at the first visit for inspection by Micah Mills. All three were fully versed in technical knowledge and helped us with a very difficult replacement of an entire old system with a spiffy new Trane unit. I have used Perry for almost 50 years now and they always deliver top work. It's 112 degrees today and my new box is keeping us nice and cool.
