The technician that came to our home and ran a diagnostic was a nice guy and did what he had to do. However, the Perry Guarantee is a bit deceiving. We purchased a home in October 2020 that had a 1 year old Trane Heat Pump Unit. The previous owners gave us the receipt for $8410.00. They replaced the unit in August of 2019. The warranty included 10 Years Unit Parts, 10 Years Compressor, 5 Years Workmanship and 10 Years Heat Exchanger Warranty. We were quoted $1300.00 for labor. The valve was covered under parts.
