I have tried several plumbers over the years ... the job gets done, but the charges are wild ... which makes calling ANY plumber stressful. I was leery of the cost to get my kitchen sink drain flowing and a leak from the basket on one side of a double sink fixed. The technician that came to our home and ran a diagnostic was a nice guy and did what he had to do. However, the Perry Guarantee is a bit deceiving. We purchased a home in October 2020 that had a 1 year old Trane Heat Pump Unit. The previous owners gave us the receipt for $8410.00. They replaced the unit in August of 2019. The warranty included 10 Years Unit Parts, 10 Years Compressor, 5 Years Workmanship and 10 Years Heat Exchanger Warranty. We were quoted $1300.00 for labor. The valve was covered under parts. Got them to replace the blower motor and when the technician remove the housing and took it down from the roof I had to help him remove the blower from the motor. When he install everything back we stared the ** and it had a vibration I ask why is it doing that and he said it would stop doing that. 2 days later I went up to the ** unit and the cover for the blower were missing about 6 screws.Call them back and the same technician came and he ask what's wrong and I told him that cover was missing and that the vibration got wo... read more

Since I bought my old house 4 1/2 years ago. I have had so many HVAC companies come out. Over charge me, try to sell me on this or that package deal, and mostly not fix everything -in one visit. My unit was leaking, noisy, using a lot of gas to heat, and using more electric to run it. (I noticed all these changes to my unit over the course of 4 1/2 years, and yet no one ever fixed the root problem).
