Excellent, beyond excellent, service from Anthony and Carlos, and at the first visit for inspection by Micah Mills. All three were fully versed in technical knowledge and helped us with a very difficult replacement of an entire old system with a spiffy new Trane unit. I have used Perry for almost 50 years now and they always deliver top work. It's 112 degrees today and my new box is keeping us nice and cool.

I don't even know where to start. Called to have someone come look at our mini split and routine maintenance on home AC/heater. Told us our mini split wasn't repairable and it was probably the circuit board which cost $3500 but they could install a new mini split for $6500. The mini split is in a room that is less than 300 sq ft. Told us he installed a new part on our dedicated AC but forgot to take a picture. So who knows. Our bill for this reaming was over $1000.

Micah just completed the AC maintenance on my AC system. He was great. Arrived before the scheduled window of time, was very friendly, efficient with good suggestions. I have used Perry Heating & Cooling for years and have always been very happy with their service.

My furnace was not blowing warm air, so I called Perry. The CSR was very helpful and got a technician out to my house the same day. Friendly technician who did not try to upsell my service, so I am very satisfied! Thanks Perry!

Was just charged $219.00 for a $7.00 motor run capacitor. Tech said if I didn't change it, it would blow out my motor and I would have to pay over a thousand dollars to replace that.

Todd did a great job of fixing my heat pump, which had some complications. My unit is old, but I can't afford a new unit right now so he got it functioning perfectly again by fixing a slight leak in one of the ports and adding some refrigerant. He is a really great tech - timely, professional and clearly knew what he was doing.
