Looking for a replacement to our current plumber, I called Perry after getting mail advertising heater tuneup for $68. The guy arrives after I see him driving the neighborhood lost notwithstanding several clear instructions. He finally arrives and first thing out of his mouth is the charge, not 68. but 69.95. I paid it just to get the ten minute job on its way. Tried to sell me a carbon monoxide device for 80.00 when the best ones are available online for 30.00 . Don't use them. My unit wasn't responding/working. I called them to get a second estimate. They came and couldn't figure out what to check or do. He fumbled for a while until I told him what the other company diagnosed. He left promising a quote within two days. Five days later I called requesting an estimate. Received one with no details about the quote. I asked for them and never got a response. so my $1600 estimate isn't good enough for them.

The best, simply great service! I have a 3 year old and a new puppy and my AC went down. I called them up and they were in my home in less then 3 hours. Other might advertise 24 hour service but are always "booked up". Perry Heating and Cooling and the tech Terry have a customer for life.

Ok if I could give zero stars for this company I would . I scheduled an appointment on April 18 and they did not have the proper ladder to get to the roof .I called and rescheduled for today at April 25, and told them we needed a 30 foot ladder the week before which management said would show up with . the Employee arrived on April 25 arrived Extremely rude and arrogant and didn't wanna work. If I could give it Zero Star I would. Made an appointment on the 18th of April 2022 and when he arrived said he could not service me because he did not have a ladder. When I made the appointment I told the office they would need a 30 foot ladder. We were told to make another appointment which I did for today April 25th. For the past couple of days I called Perry H/C to request a copy of work done to replace furnace unit and Hot water tank. Today (3rd day) when I called to ask if they could pls send the copies, Jennifer, the person answering phone, hung up on me. I called back saying I think we were disconnected and she hung up on me again. A business should not allow personnel in office that treats past/present customers this way.

Perry heating and cooling is a very professional, and awesome company the do amazing work. The installers, techs and girls in the office were very helpful and informative I'm very happy with the work and system the have done in my home. I'm very satisfied and pleased with how smooth everything went with them. Super amazing I highly recommend them.
