False advertising. A bunch of phonies. Free Heater with purchase of ** Unit. LOL . What a Scam.First of all the ** unit is the less expense of a combined system. I was a former mechanical contractor in Ca. so I know what cost is!!! WITHOUT BEING A CONTR**TOR AND GETTING DISCOUNTS. A good 4 ton 16sheer unit ( Trane, York, Carrier, etc) all cost about the same. I was priced gouged. I have used this company for heating and cooling for many years. lst time for plumbing (and last time). The plumber was great but the price terrible. Two men (one was a helper) to replace sink and faucet in kitchen(I provided the sink and faucet) and the bowl of a pedestal sink in bath. They worked 1 and 1/2 hours for a total of 3 man hours. The charge was 99 percent labor since the only part they provided were the sink screens for the kitchen (for which they charged $378.71. The total charge for was $15... read more

if you want to feel violated make sure to use perry heating and cooling or any other of the big hvac players for repairs or a new system. there is no competition between these vendors. the price collusion is obvious if you know what is wrong with the unit. the "industry standard" is not to break out labor and parts which gives them the advantage of opaqueness that would not be tolerated in any other service industry like this, think car repair. my repair for example was replacement of a condenser motor for a 2.5 ton rheem 14... read more

One of your technicians was just at my parents house for service. They are 92, and 88 years old. My dad can't hear a thing, so mom was dealing with your technician. She's in congestive heart failure.....she gets confused. They've also spent a lot of money with your company throughout the years....which ended TODAY!Your guy was rude to my mom, all because she questioned him.
