Of course our air conditioner went out on Saturday and a holiday weekend. Called Perry based on other reviews and got a service call on that Sunday. The air conditioner is 20 years old so decided to install a new one instead of spending $1500.00 on a repair. Jordan was prompt and courteous, wore shoe protectors in the house, and was easy to communicate with. He tuned up the furnace and fixed the wifi connection to the thermostat, then explained the work he performed. Very competent fella. I'll hire them again.

Our furnace quit working on Friday morning. The tech, Richard Davis, was very nice, identified the problem, but couldn't get the needed part - so left us without heat (outside temp 37) and said Perru would call us Monday to let us know when they might be able to fix it. No mention of emergency repairs over the weekend, in spite of their advertising 24/7 service. Quite disappointing, as well as an uncomfortable weekend - and an uncertain futuer repair.... larry moher; 2247 e.4th.st.

I am very impressed and pleased with the service provided by Perry H & C, especially the office staff, and service professionals, Steve and Noe, who quickly diagnosed my cooler problem, replaced the motor, and honoured the warranty without question or issue. This was very important to me as a customer. I will definitely do business with this company in the future, and feel confident to refer my friends to them as well. Because it is getting hotter and it is June we wanted to have an inspection of our Hvac system, knowing we will depend on it for the summer. Chris Williamson was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable and showed me as a homeowner how to care for the equipment. I learned not to be afraid about cleaning the condenser unit and the importance of filter changes, Thank you Chris Williamson, Ed Avery.

We arrived home Friday afternoon after a trip and found the A/C was not working. A call to Perry H&C resulted in Steve arriving early evening. He found the compressor had failed and said Perry would contact us Monday or Tuesday after determining replacement availability. On Monday about 1:10 pm Steve arrived with helper and replacement. By 3:10 the house was cooling down. We were blown away by the rapid response of this organization. This is the third unit purchased from Perry H&C in my 11 years in Tucson. Great service!

Perry Heating & Cooling was called to fix our no cold air a/c today. Chris was the tech and he totally knew his stuff and was able to pinpoint exactly what the problem was - the compressor's capacitor - and like magic we had cool air again. What was even more impressive is that he called a couple of times to update us on his status. He didn't arrive until after 7 p.m, but we were told earlier in the day by Julie (she answered the phone and was so super friendly) that he wouldn't be here until around that time. Since coming to Tucson in 1999, we have used Perry Heating and Cooling several times. We are very grateful to know that when we call, Perry Heating and Cooling will be there to service our system and get us up and running as fast as possible. Summer is here and it can get really hot and miserable without air conditioning. Our main unit finally gave out two weeks ago and they were able to replace it the next day.
