The inducer motor on one of my furnaces was dying. Don diagnosed it and gave me an estimate that evening. Although it took a week to obtain the part, due to pandemic supply chain issues, Dany promised he would install it himself once it arrived. Despite a very busy schedule during the cold snap, he came out today and installed it. Excellent service, very professional and friendly. Our HVAC system was 37 years old, the old plastic ducting was falling apart and then it finally quit. It became clear the whole system needed to be replaced. Don Nickols from Paso Robles Heating and Air came out to survey the situation. I was very impressed with his knowledge of this industry. He gave us several options to consider. What a wonderful experience we had with them! Stephanie was amazing Helping us get on the schedule as soon as possible. John our technician was early, courteous, and a master at his craft. Not only did he get us up a running in one visit, I feel a big sense of relief that our system was thoroughly looked over and addressed for future potential problems. Great customer service, from scheduling to our repair, would highly recommend these guys for a no BS get your AC back blowing cold experience!!!

The air conditioner had broken during those hot days. Called Paso Robles Heating and Air and was scheduled to have some come out. Stephanie the receptionist was super friendly. She let me know when they would be coming out and called and left a reminder the day before. Dany came out in the morning to fix our unit. It is when things go wrong you find out the true nature of a company. I was referred to Paso Robles Heating and Air from a friend who used their service to repair his air conditioning unit. At the end of December 2021 we had a split system installed in our home. We had limited availability and they were great in accommodating our schedule. Mark came by our home to inspect our attic because we weren't getting any air flow in 2 of our rooms. Upon inspection, he discovered that the main trunk which feeds a wye to the living room and dining room had fallen off completely. He reattached the duct and secured it properly. He also recommended that we use a different kind of air filter for better airflow. This guy was a hard worker, honest and wasn't trying to sell me any extras like some of the technicians we've hired before from other companies.

I'm very happy with the service I continually get from Paso Robles Heating and Air. I usually request Mark Delay as my tech due to his ability to quickly diagnose and solve my problems. In this case Chris and Matt added a return to our HVAC system. The work was fast, clean, and exceeded my high expectations. Special thanks to Mark for getting this scheduled quickly. I highly recommend this company for all of your heating and air conditioning needs.

After a really bad experience with smart 72 this company was a breath a fresh air. They have great customer service. Their employees are kind and Knowledgeable. We had a furnace replaced in our home and could not be happier. I highly recommend Paso Robles heating and air.

Very unprofessional! The Tech that came out to our home to repair our heater- does not like women. :/ Not a great experience at all! Not too many people enjoy being spoken down to. Very condo sending a d disrespectful! He did fix the heater issue- but would not recommend!
