We would not use any other company even when we need to wait for an appointment, they are aa conscientious , honest and sharp company. Our last technician worked so hard on our old A/C system Going above and beyond fixing it, he cleaned it out Even though we saw black widow spiders in there. When I went to pay he gave me a discount. His name was Danny , he couldn't of been sweeter but really knew his stuff. Awesome company!

WARNING ... DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. My experience was so so so bad that I want everyone to know what the hell is happening with these people. I just had to call another company and they took pictures of the mess that Paso Robles Heat left in my attic. Not only did they come twice and charge me $148 for that but they left me without any heat and never bothered to call, come when they said they would and give a damn about me and what they wrecked in my house. These guys had a representative in Costco. From the outset, I learned that it is a small, family run business, with great concern for customer satisfaction. Subsequently, I made an appointment, had them come out and give an estimate (which I found to be reasonable), and found out that through Costco I would actually get a cashback card after the work was done. We lost our central heat at our pet resort. Thank goodness the weather has been fair. As a small local business, we are always cautious about our expenses, and do everything we possibly can on our own. After finding we were in over our heads on this one, Kirt made his way to us same day. The schedule was 8-10 days out, but they knew we had to keep the pups warm. These folks have fair prices and do go work. The do a very tidy install, the unit they installed worked as described, and they cleaned up after themselves.

My elderly parents needed just one part to make their heater work but they would not sell it! They require a service call! Now they have to wait 2 days. So sad so sad...old people cold until they get service! Unbelievable!

This review is on their customer service, as they have no actually done the work. I called their office and it took a few phone calls til i finally got someone to scheduled to come out. We had some damage to our heating flex tube, and with cold weather and a new baby on the way we needed it repaired quickly. I have to say they were able to send someone out fairly that week. The service guy came and inspected, told us what looked like what needed to be done. I told him we were interested in gettin repair ASAP, and to let the ... read more

The guy that came out for the estimate was really nice and seemed to know his stuff. I was floored to get an estimate of more than $13k when we already have heat and ducting. On top of that they have a month of lead time. Luckily I was referred to a local AC guy in 5 cities. He's doing the job today and for $4500! You definitely need to get more than one estimate before hiring someone.

Just had our Heater And Air conditioner replaced. What a nice experience we had, the crew was nice and professional . They cleaned up and left the place looking sparkling... oh, did I mention our cool home! Very satisfied !!
