If I could give them -5 stars I would. Firstly, they were 2 and 1/2 hours late (appointment was at 12, he arrived at 2:30) with no call to let me know he was late. The job was to hook up my new sink and new gas cooktop. When the repair man came he said it was too big of a job to do that day because he was off at 3 and it was a 4 hour job.! ( so why did he even come then?) why would that take 4 hours? I asked for an estimate ( we had all the parts) he said it was $400/ hr for labor!!!!! And the total would be $2100!!! We had our gas furnace/air handler replaced. The salesman did not pressure us at all to upgrade the AC condenser until it was needed. The office staff was receptive and helped us schedule a time that worked for us. ON install day the technician showed up on time and was VERY personable, polie, and professional. Our original wiring was not "wrong" but somewhat out of the ordinary. Our technican called supervisor out to give a second check and was here in minutes. AC check up was accomplished. The service was on time and the technician was very courteous and thorough. He was also very conscious of cleanliness in our home. The "Fan Club" is a very good bargain for maintenance of your HVAC system. I high recommend Paso Robles Heating and Air !

I joined the club for spring and winter HVAC service and maintenance. The employee (Ian) was punctual, friendly, respectful, and knowledgeable. Crawled into the attic for the heater, and subsequently offered to vacuum the residue of insulation that fell to the floor. All tolled, I had a good experience and consider Ian an excellent representative of the company. By joining their service club, I no longer worry about the HVAC system - a good quality value for my peace of mind.

We needed a new air conditioner to get ready for summer. Nothing but a great experience. Took a couple days to get quote. Then the next week for install. So happy with the new system and the installers were clean and friendly. The front office was very friendly as well.

Paso Robles Heating and Air had to sub contract another company's technician to troubleshoot our blower fan and motor imbalance issue. The tech spent about an hour to determine that repairs were not possible, and that a new HVAC system was the only option at $18k to $22k since the A/C has outdated refrigerant (although it's working fine), and they told us it would be $250 for the repair/estimate, but they billed us $650 (we paid them because we honor our obligations).
