A/C wasn't working. Requested for someone to come out and take a look. 1. They have AI answering the phones and it is shit to deal with. 2. They had done a fix a few months ago. 3. They got here and after a quick check he said we needed a whole new unit and ducting also. I called another company to get their thoughts and quotes. That guy fixed the issue in 15 minutes and now my house is ready for 100 degree weather! Thank goodness for honest, reliable and knowledgeable people.

All I can say about Paso Robles Heating and Air, is excellent, excellent, excellent, and the best service. They care about their customers, they are skilled at heating and air, and they have expertise. I will always use them and consider them the best in the industry.

Tyler was very professional and courteous. I called the company at 8:00pm at night and they accommodated my needs by dispatching Tyler first thing the following morning. He quickly assessed the problem and provided solutions to complete the repair. Pricing was very reasonable and the work quality was top notch. I definitely recommend Paso Robles Heating and Air !

After the sweltering summer of 2023 in which a local company failed to repair our airconditioner (but charged us $1300), we asked Paso Robles Heating and Air to either repair or replace our existing a/c. They came out to our house and found out that the a/c could not be repaired. It was too damage because it was poorly installed in 2011. We settled on a fair price for a new unit. We had Paso Robles Heating and Air replace our water line out to the street. They were reasonably priced, great to work with, and went above and beyond helping with city permitting issues; especially when we discovered we also had some public street tree issues that made the job more difficult. We had an excellent experience and would highly recommend them to others that need work done. Thank you Wayne!

Their technician quoted me $6000 to replace a water heater. After discussion, they agreed to do the job for $5500. To justify the price, their technician complained about the cost of doing business in California. I thanked the tech and called the next reputable local plumber that carried the same equipment and they did the job for just under $2000.
