PR Heat & Air installed A/C for me several years ago. Until last year I had them come out regularly to service the heat unit and A/C. I was told on the phone that they couldn't service both units at that time of the year. They would have to be done separately. I called last year to try to schedule service and some kind of hokey AI "thing" answered. What a farce of a so-called conversation that was. I hung up and called a local company. I have no problem with the quality of their work, but I was cheated on the price of annual service. I received a coupon from them for $50 off any service--any. I called and scheduled the service and mentioned the coupon. When the tech arrived he told me the coupon didn't apply to annual service. I called the office and spoke to Omar who repeated this and did not attempt to address the issue of apparent deception. It feels like bait and switch. I had thought this was a reputable company.

Paso Robles Plumbing, Heating & Air lied to me, destroyed my bathroom, left mold in my home, and then tried to cover it up. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. My experience with them has been nothing but lies, damage, and gaslighting -- and the nightmare is still ongoing. The Scam Started on Day One I told their salesman, Bill, exactly where I wanted my AC unit. I was very clear: it was the only spot I would accept. I did not use Paso Robles Heating and Air. They wanted to charge me $89.00 for the tech to come out at the work to b e done. I asked if that fee would be absorbed at the completetion of the job. I was told NO and Paso Air and Heating did not get hired by me.

Hi Jay, it is unfortunate to hear that you were told the $79 dispatch fee would not be absorbed into the repair. Our techs have the ability to absorb the dispatch fee into the repair. While it does depend on cost of the repair, it is something we can do. Regardless, I hope you got your issue resolved and are up and running again.

A/C wasn't working. Requested for someone to come out and take a look. 1. They have AI answering the phones and it is shit to deal with. 2. They had done a fix a few months ago. 3. They got here and after a quick check he said we needed a whole new unit and ducting also. I called another company to get their thoughts and quotes. That guy fixed the issue in 15 minutes and now my house is ready for 100 degree weather! Thank goodness for honest, reliable and knowledgeable people.

All I can say about Paso Robles Heating and Air, is excellent, excellent, excellent, and the best service. They care about their customers, they are skilled at heating and air, and they have expertise. I will always use them and consider them the best in the industry.

Tyler was very professional and courteous. I called the company at 8:00pm at night and they accommodated my needs by dispatching Tyler first thing the following morning. He quickly assessed the problem and provided solutions to complete the repair. Pricing was very reasonable and the work quality was top notch. I definitely recommend Paso Robles Heating and Air !
