After the sweltering summer of 2023 in which a local company failed to repair our airconditioner (but charged us $1300), we asked Paso Robles Heating and Air to either repair or replace our existing a/c. They came out to our house and found out that the a/c could not be repaired. It was too damage because it was poorly installed in 2011. We settled on a fair price for a new unit. We had Paso Robles Heating and Air replace our water line out to the street. They were reasonably priced, great to work with, and went above and beyond helping with city permitting issues; especially when we discovered we also had some public street tree issues that made the job more difficult. Their technician quoted me $6000 to replace a water heater. After discussion, they agreed to do the job for $5500. To justify the price, their technician complained about the cost of doing business in California. I thanked the tech and called the next reputable local plumber that carried the same equipment and they did the job for just under $2000.

I called for service this morning to address a problem caused by a handy-man that he couldn't fix. I needed a hose connected from the water line to my new frdige. Chris came out around 12:00-ish and fixed in one hour what the other person took 3 hours to mess up. Chris was very friendly, pleasant, and professional. I was very impressed with his work. I highly recommend Paso Robles Heating and Air. Cam was my technician and he did a great job. I have a very difficult furnace to service due to very tight quarters...he fixed issues previous service companies repaired incorrectly. Again, highly recommend.

If you take my advice do not use Paso Robles Plumbing Heating and Air. The new owners of this business have allowed the service department to practically collapse. For ten years we dealt with this company. Our heating/A/C was installed by Don the owner who sold this company and it seems the service upon which one could have depended went with Don. Came out to diagnose a heater problem and quickly found the issue. Got the correct part the next morning and fixed that day. Even showed me the part that went bad and explained what was wrong with it. Plus, Chris was a nice guy who thoroughly explained the process.
