Learned lesson, shop local contractors. Paso Robles Plumbing, Heating, and Air provided excellent service from the technician and a complete write-up of what was done on the service call. He followed up on every item listed by a scam artist to be sure every item was cleared as checked over and from there he recommended no repairs needed. His honesty and thorough service saved me big bucks and proved to be the best $79. I have ever spent!

Needed heater repaired. Diagnosis had already been done by SoCalGas and problem and fix was known. They sold me a part that was 400% over the asking price. Obscene. The 2 technicians on site agreed.

We have been on a maintenance contract for several years and really like the peace of mind that it brings. Of course, mechanical things give no warning but regular check ups help. We have always found the technicians efficient, on time, and personable. It is a plus to have questions answered in a practical no nonsense manner. Your service person was polite and efficient. However, your prices are highway robbery. No one would tell me how much it would cost until I had already incurred a 77.00 fee for the call. $450,00 to clear one drain is way too much. I will never call you again and will tell my friends how I was used as well.

The technician did a good job of servicing my furnaces. He was on time and professional. However, I did NOT like dealing with the "Call Center". The worker there was polite but did not seem to know much about the business, its practices, or how to answer my questions. I would MUCH prefer to deal with the business directly, as in the old days.

Outstanding service and follow up. I recommend the yearly check up option. The check my dual hvac equipment twice a year. Air conditioner in spring, furnace in fall.

Paso heating and air is one of the best companies in the north country to work with. The quality and professionalism they deliver is second to none. We just had a new Heat pump installed in our home in Templeton. The project got started on time and was finished just like they promised on time. My wife loved the fact that they always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day. I liked the high quality of workmanship. Don't go any place else. Great value and quality work.
