They asked me to call about the problem. I did, and was refunded the $50. And I was told from hereon techs would be told to honor the coupons. This is honest and forthright, though I still had to have the time and persistance to get it straightened out.

My heat stopped working. The inside of my house was 57. I called Paso Robles plumbing at 7:30 in the morning they arrived at 10:30. A nice young man came walking into my house. His name was Cam. He was thorough, professional, and knowledgeable. All the issues were fixed. I will use Paso Robles plumbing in the future.

Paso Robles Heating and Air did an amazing job working to get our furnace back in running order. Tiffany and Candice in the office were very helpful and worked hard to fit a technician into our schedule. Kurt was helpful as well prior to Dany coming out to do the work. Dany was absolutely professional the whole time, even working for over two hours late on a Friday night. I have no problem with the quality of their work, but I was cheated on the price of annual service. I received a coupon from them for $50 off any service--any. I called and scheduled the service and mentioned the coupon. When the tech arrived he told me the coupon didn't apply to annual service. I called the office and spoke to Omar who repeated this and did not attempt to address the issue of apparent deception. It feels like bait and switch. I had thought this was a reputable company.

Paso Robles Plumbing, Heating & Air lied to me, destroyed my bathroom, left mold in my home, and then tried to cover it up. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. My experience with them has been nothing but lies, damage, and gaslighting -- and the nightmare is still ongoing. The Scam Started on Day One I told their salesman, Bill, exactly where I wanted my AC unit. I was very clear: it was the only spot I would accept. I did not use Paso Robles Heating and Air. They wanted to charge me $89.00 for the tech to come out at the work to b e done. I asked if that fee would be absorbed at the completetion of the job. I was told NO and Paso Air and Heating did not get hired by me.
