Very accommodating to my families needs. Didn't try to rake me over the coals and buy a new unit and replace whatever. They just fixed what was broke, cleaned it up, explained it, and got it running a day after calling. Receptionists we're very kind also.

I can't say enough about Paso Robles Heating & Air. We lost power at our house for a few days after a heavy storm knocked over a tree, taking out some power lines. I had the idea of using a generator to power our heating unit, but needed some help. Called Paso heating and air who connected me with Danny (I believe that was his name). We have had two emergency calls to Paso Robles Heating and Air in the last year and both times we had better results than we hoped for. The technicians were prompt, courteous and went above and beyond the call of duty on both calls. Our heater quit working the Saturday morning before Christmas, we called that morning and the unit was fixed that afternoon. The unit needed a new "brain" which surprisingly they had in stock although he had to go to Paso to get it and return to Atascadero. In the end the price was very reasonabl... read more

So far everything is working well, but the work was just above average, not great. I suspect the 5 star review was made by a friend. This company did not fully cover all ducts and it failed the first inspection. Unfortunately, Don must have a friend at City Hall, and the inspection was reversed without a second inspection! The clean up was mediocre and I still find debris from the workers, including littered cigarette buts. For a pricey job, I expect excellent, not above average, completion and resolution! Don deserves another 5 star review on Yelp after our experience with him and his staff this week. Knowing that I needed an upgrade on my system, I called Paso Heating and Air to schedule a quote. I had called one of his competitors earlier and they seemed too busy to send someone out to work up a quote (it was summer, after all). Reputable, Honest and fast. Oh did I mention friendly. I have a home in Paso and it was not working with 100+ degrees outside. I had called another service first and they told me my AC which is 4 years old needed a new compressor and freon and a leak check totaling $2500. I thought this was a rip off so I called in Paso Robles Heating and Air because of the god review here on yelp and they did not disappoint me, They fixed my system by replacing a capacitor relay within 30 minutes and charged me $219. Top notch service! I waited to write this review until today, our first 100+ degree day. I moved into my house last July and the air conditioning could not keep up with the heat. My home is 1100 sq. ft. Then during the winter my landlord had the central heat/air unit serviced by another company. The next time I needed it, the heater would not come on. Excellent company. Returned my request for service call in reasonable time. Technician John was friendly and knowledgable. Listened to my concerns, did a thorough maintenance job on heater and the price was waaaay reasonable. I DEFINITley would use them for next problem.
