Beautiful product, quick installation, and the friendly, helpful and very efficient coordinator Bonny who helped me a lot. Initially there was a measurement problem but was quickly resolved. The only worry i have right now is if those upgraded oil rubbed bronze finished coating on poles can withstand the metal clothes hangers. Will try to be careful and observe. Overall satisfied and strongly recommended. Now my closets look a whole lot better. It does make a big difference.

I have had my California Closet for about 2 weeks now and cannot speak highly enough about my experience. I spoke with and got quotes from 3 additional closet companies, and by far CC and my rep Thom Straley were the most professional and helpful. Thom in particular was an excellent salesperson, and here is why: 1. He came to my house and was able to see our style and make recommendations based on that. 2. I had used California Closets several years ago in our Los Altos home and the experience was fine. Recently moved to Los Gatos and decided to use California Closets again. I had California Closets come do a home office and 2 entertainment pieces. The office is outstanding and was pleased with the entertainment pieces. I was told they would make any repairs or adjustments free of charge. I called Fairfield and guess what they had no clue, salesperson no longer there. So I decided to do it myself and got an eye opener. The material was the cheapest and broke apart while I unscrewed it, hence their horror when I asked for repair. My bf gifted me with the California Closets experience for Christmas. We'd been needing to upgrade all four of our closets and he surprised the hell out of me. Better yet, he had the closet designer meet us at the house and deliver the news to me. I was thrilled. She measured everything, designed the spaces in front of us, to our specification. Had a great initial consultation with Robin and the quote was just around what I had been expecting - can't beat that with a lifetime guarantee - which you don't get with most of the other companies! Although she is designer, Robin listened to our suggestions and took time to update her design while she was there and ended up with a functional and space-efficient plan to fit our needs. I had an Entertainment Center installed by California Closets about 7 years ago. It was one of the BEST decisions I have ever made. I would never use anyone else! They have always done everything they could to make it a great experience. From the very beginning they were a pleasure to work with. Now 7 years later, they still are! I had a good experience with California Closets. I had 3 different companies quote me on a custom walk in closet, cabinets for the laundry room and two media niches next to my fireplace. California Closets was able to beat the other prices and give me exactly what I wanted. My designer Lori was a joy to work with and made the process very easy. My designer, Thom Straley helped me design a medium/large furniture cabinet to hold 2 printers/scanners, 3 external hard drives and a storage drawer that I need for my business - commercial and art.
