We brought both California Closets and Closets By Design into our house to work up a design and associated price to put a desktop, drawers, and a cabinet into my home office. We chose California Closets because their designer was better at working with me to realize my design concept. My experience with them was really good. The sales gal Joanne came out and really helped me with the design. She was very professional. The gentleman who installed the system did an excellent job. He too was very professional and left the job site very neat. Overall my experience with them could not of been better. I'm so excited to fill those amazing closets.

CC did a SUPER job. On time, clean and high quality. Respected our desire to be as inexpensive as possible, as all we needed was increased storage, since we had very little before. Style wasn't important, but we still got great looking closets!

The sales rep showed up late, but was nice. Then when the installers did not show up, the rep told me it was not her problem. Then the installers showed up missing parts, when they came back, after missing another appointment, they were missing parts. There were also billing problems. rather than taking the payment according to the schedule agreed, they billed in $ 1,000.00 increments, resulting in bounced checks. Then try to call to reconcile, they do not call bac

It was a long 16 years but worth the wait! From design with Rene O'Leary to installation by Santiago...I LOVE my new California Closet! Most definately will add value to our home and most of all makes my life alot easier...Thank you California Closets for being prompt, professional and giving me a quality product for years to come!

We contacted the owners of California Closets, Megan and Larry. They quickly stopped by to see what we wanted to have done. Initially, we just wanted to redo two bedroom closets and the pantry. After speaking with them we decided to do another bedroom closet and our coat closet. We also had them install 2 big heavy duty racks in our garage. The work they did was exemplary. We just completed a major renovation in our Master Bedroom and are more than pleased with the looks and functionality of our walk in closet. Our expectations were totally met. The overall experience was excellent from the initial sales call and review of what needed to be done. The sales person was extremely knowledgeable and her recommendations were very much better than my initial thoughts. The installation went very smoothly. The installer was experienced and friendly. Cudos!
