I've contracted with California Closets for installations in all of the closets of two homes now and their quality of product and service is EXCELLENT! I've had the need to order additional components for my closet systems which are nearly ten years old and they are able to access my customer and order profiles expediently and provide within a day the requested items! If your a stickler for your storage and organizational space than you need to consult with California Closets.
From the initial in-home consultation to the finished installation, everything is very professional and done with the latest technology. Working with Rosie Hames, our designer, was a pleasure. She came on time to our house, made quick and laser-precise measurements of our somewhat oddly shaped closet, and then we discussed what options we had that would work well for the space, and also showed us different material/color options. We tried and tried to book an appointment with California closets. When we finally did rearrange or schedules to accommodate them they cancelled at the last minute. They are obviously to busy to want or need my money. I will spend it else where. Mike
CA Closets installed my closet today. It was designed by Jackie Rivas, one of their top 10 designers. It is beautiful! The installers were neat, clean, did a great job, and spoke english. I appreciate their attention to detail. It looks perfect. This is my third closet by CA Closets. It is expensive but worth it to have a perfect closet!
Totally pleased with probably six visits to the day care center this year over hanging doors that needed fix and repair since we had cabinets installed for all the children's cubbies and all the storage cabinets throughout the center. Kids can be tough but these guys got tougher...We are so glad for their stick to it-ness and consistent repairs thank you so much!!!! Our children's center appreciates you!!!!
Ken Bierle and the California Closets team did an excellent job of helping us with our bedroom and office storage needs. Ken designed solutions that worked perfectly for us; and the installation was completed on time and within a budget that worked for us. Ken was always available to answer any questions and followed up with us to make sure that we were satified with the result. I would not hesitate to reccomend CC for your storage needs.
I got 3br closets, office space, media room and other misc closets done by Cal closets. Bob was our designer. The design process was very easy and we converged on the design within a week. There were options that we were not aware of, like hidden keyboard. The installers were very courteous and got the job done right. When I contacted Cal Closets with additional/special requests, Rich and Steve (managers) attended to my every request and made sure the job was completed to our satisfaction.
I highly recommend California Closets in Manhasset and here is why: Don, the designer I worked with, gave me more than one workable solution for making the most of my very limited space. Then, he cleverly tweaked the final design so that the center shelving unit was off center - which was a brilliant solution for my particular needs. Thoroughly unprofessional. The designer/closet lady missed several appointments without so much as a call to let us know. The second rep never called back and we had to send an email to remind her. Suffice it to say, my wife and I were NOT happy and will never be using California Closets again. Avoid this company at all costs.
