The lines of communication with our designer, Regan, were always open via email, phone, or text so that made it easy to inform her of any design changes I came up with in the moment. She really listened to what we wanted, and it was nice to be able to see what she came up with in the 3D virtual model. Our installer, Bobby, arrived on time and was pleasant and efficient. First of all, I would like to commend Amy Lillquist. She not only is a delight to work with, but she's so knowledgeable about all the products CA Closets sells. She definitely is a great designer. She excels at her job. Herb, the installer, only made one mistake. He started to put the top shelf of the entire organizer too high so we have holes to patch and paint. He offered to paint over his mistake but we declined his help. Other than that, he did a great job of the installation of our two bedroom closets.

Wow!!!!! I cannot say enough great things about Mindy Woolley and the team at California Closets!!!! This is the second time we have used her and she never disappoints! Last year she transformed our garage into something usable with plenty of storage and a gorgeous office desk. This last month she designed a beautiful entertainment center for my living room. The designer was wonderful to work with and the installers were on-time, efficient, professional and left everything spotless. Our closets are far more efficient and useful, plus they look fabulous!

Our designer Lylah was amazing through the entire process. She was so responsive, patient, accommodating...she was everything and more. I'm so glad we met her because i don't think anyone else could have done a better job. We initially only wanted to MAYBE do a closet system and pantry system depending on the price. I've never had done anything like this before so i didn't know what to expect. I'll be honest the estimate was more than we'd like, but then again you get what you pay for. Very disappointed they did not complete the job as promised. They demanded to be paid in full to install, but then did not complete the install. I am missing shelves, mirrors, and valet hooks. Then they tried to charge me a huge amount more for a minor change. Terrible customer service. The cabinets themselves are fine. So sad they cannot complete a job in a timely manner.

California Closets provided a detailed design, had a smooth fabrication process and delivered two very attractive, functional closets. The designer I worked with was very responsive and helpful and the installation crew was awesome. They were efficient and helpful. CA Closets made the whole process easy!

5 stars to the design consultant (Listened to our needs, accommodating, quick turnaround) 0 stars to the scheduling department. They did not follow up within 2-3 business days after signing the contract to schedule our appointment. I even called 3 times to customer service to schedule the appointment myself, only to be told the rep was away from her desk, etc. EXCUSES, EXCUSES!! I cancelled our contract due to this very poor customer service. Will never recommend California Closets to anyone.

We had a great experience with California Closets. Melody was our designer and she's a joy to work with: prompt, polite and extremely knowledgeable. We had two closets redone and we couldn't be happier. Melody suggested a handyman to assist us with some prep work and he was great. We did the demolition and prep for the second closet ourselves ( my wife did most of it ) and we just used David Wells, the handyman from Rent A Husband to install our new bifold doors.
