We recently completed a remodel of our Master Bedroom Closet. I had 3 companies come out to give us a bid. My wife and I chose to go with California Closets. This is a great company! From the sales person, the installers, and the owner. Everyone was committed to ensuring we were happy with the work. Larry the owner made several trips out during install to ensure all of our concerns were addressed. That in itself speaks volumes about this companies professionalism and commitment to excellence. Whole project took multiple call backs, three Xs as long as should have, Krikes, it was a sideboard not The Great Wall people. On the upside, they do have a lifetime warranty, the materials and fit are very good (once they get it spec'd right)and while I did walk away with a 75% satisfaction on the job, that 25% "shoulda been" vexes me, yes, vexes me it does. Kent- I have never spoken to you before so I do not understand how you know the 'exact words' used during the 'amicable conversation' to 'do everything necessary to "make it right".' The people that I spoke with over the phone, Roland and Renee, never said what you are stating: you were not there so where are you coming up with all this? My experience with California Closets was incredible! From the designer to accommodating my availability. I am a school teacher who also works a part time job so my hours of being home is limited. California Closets worked with my schedule for the installation. This made the experience even better! I cannot wait to start planning my next closet. Highly recommend. I am in love with my new closet! Our experience with California Closets was excellent and I don't hesitate to recommend them. The designer we worked with, Charlene, was very thorough and measured all of our current closet space. The design she came up with was perfect for us and really utilized all the space well. She explained options to us and we went with the more affordable option of not having the sides of the hanging areas go down to the floor and the toe kicks all around. Preston, our sales and design consultant, did an outstanding job explaining the options, and then designing a very efficient and beautiful closet for our vacation home in Palm Springs.. The gentlemen who installed could not have been more professional and courteous. They worked hard to complete the install in one day and they were so neat and left the house spotless. I am very happy with my new master bedroom closet. The efficient utilization of the floor to ceiling space has given me an incredible amount of hanging space for my entire wardrobe. It makes getting ready in the morning much easier now that I can see all of my clothes. I want to compliment my installers, Alfredo and Marvin. They were courteous, respectful and hard working. I am thrilled with my new closet! From start to finish the experience just got better and better! Emilie was wonderful to work with in terms of getting the design just right and then the install team was simply spectacular. The work product well exceeds my expectations and I look forward to having CA Closets revamp our other rooms in the near future!

Zero stars for their professionalism. By the way their installers behave, would never ever even consider using this company. Terrible would be a compliment. Don't expect the company to stand by you, they only protect themselves! Beware!!!
