Had a terrible ordeal with this office. First off, the designer Alexis was terrible, she mismeasured three closets of four so on the installation day, the gentleman had to reorder and reshape all the closets day-of and took over an entire work day versus the few hours it was intended to be. Additionally, they stalk. Multiple times the designer and their sales team call me in the middle of the work day (over and over again) until I pick up in order to reach me over "an emergency." CA Closets has done 4 closets in our home and we are so pleased. Our designer was LaNay Locher. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. She makes great suggestions and listened to our needs. Day of install was fantastic also. Workers arrived on time, very polite, conscious of intruding in our home, friendly and perfectionists (Danny, Ammed & Cesar). Great experience all around with this company.
If you're looking for a closet system. Contact CA Closet, Roberta, is incredible! She came to our home measured everything, asked how many clothes we had as were under construction. Roberta, designed an incredible closet for my husband and fabulous walk in closet for me. We went to the showroom where she showed us the selections and then she had a 3D design on a large flat screen for us! Be prepared to fall in love with California Closets. We had planned for years to remodel our master suite but didn't give much thought to the closet. Amy did an AMAZING job coming up with a design that we absolutely fell in love with. Can't decide what I like best- fold away mirror, iron board hidden in a drawer, beautiful cabinet facing. Everything is perfect! We are so happy with our decision!
My husband and I completed NINE projects with California Closets over a period of seven years. Our most recent two projects included a re-design of one of their earlier projects for us. The "designer" we were assigned was relatively new to the company as our former designer had moved on. Sadly both projects were incorrectly measured and were it not for the installation technician being so skilled, neither project would have worked. Alfredo and Jack worked for two days installing three custom closets for me in south Pasadena. They were extremely professional and I could not be happier with the design! The entire experience was first class from the design to the installation! I recommend to anyone looking to make the most out of your space!

As a clever consumer, we met and reviewed 4 closet companies some of which came directly to the home for a consultation: Home Depot, Closet World, Container Store, CA Closets. Hands down and without a doubt, the CA Closets company has the best products. We went to the show room in Huntington Beach and were blown away how beautiful it looked, the selection that was available (they are in the previous Oakley offices; simply amazing). I am very pleased with the results of my closet remodel project with California Closets. Both my designer (Heather Records) and the installers were on time, friendly, professional and very pleasant to work with. Heather did a great job of designing a closet to meet my needs. She had good ideas and was responsive to my suggestions. The installers worked efficiently and cleaned up their work very well. While their products are somewhat pricey, my glad I chose them for my closet remodel.
