Monika Kerstens is a godsend! She was always cheerful and passionate about our project. She came to the house and used her interior design expertise to not only design 2 master bedroom closet systems and a mudroom, but also advise us on more general contracting ideas to better utilize the space. I must admit, I've never spent a whole lot of money on closets before. But the fact that the previous owners left us with PVC pipes and it was a super funky space made us think twice about getting the closet of our dreams. Enter LaNay, who was so knowledgeable about the whole process and took careful measurements. We had a great design process with Emilie. She was very flexible when we wanted to make adjustments and changes. The installers did an amazing job and it looks great. They cleaned up thoroughly afterwards, vacuuming and dusting/polishing the shelving before they left. We would definitely use California Closets again.

This is the second system I purchased from California Closets and I am equally impressed. The unit we installed was a matching closet system for my spare bedroom that we ordered after being so happy with the first. Jessica is an amazing design consultant and truly a pleasure to work with. When business had me out of town at the last minute during my scheduled install, she even went out of her way to camp out at my condo while the install occurred while I was in transit; this was truly above and beyond the call of duty. From start to finish, Cindy was incredibly knowledgeable, personable and able to custom tailor and 3D render a closet that exceeded my expectations. Did you know that California closets won't re-install your closets once bought? Neither did I. Now I'm stuck trying to find someone who will. What a sham after all the money we spend.

This is our 2nd time using California Closets, and we've been happy both times with our pantry. Good maximization of space, everyone is easy to work with, no problems with the product. As always, my pantry is my favorite room in our house. :) They are definitely expensive but we didn't have any of the problems other people noted.
