We called California Closets shortly after moving into our new home in Las Vegas. Sherry Latham was our designer. She was on time, professional and measured twice. She analyzed our master closet and laundry room. The 3-D proof looked great and we decided to go with it. Install was about 5 weeks out, however we had a nice surprise and they were able to install right away. We love our new closet! Everyone was so great! Ernesto was our installer. He was very professional, on time and did a fantastic job. Thank you!!!!!!!

Amazing! I absolutely love what our designer at California Closets has done with our space. We just purchased a condo in Long Beach and needed more closet space. Trish Morrow did an incredible job designing our gorgeous reach-in closet. We were always informed about any changes or suggestions. Trish was so easy to work with and understood exactly what I was looking for, especially since I made a lot of the decisions overseas. Our experience with California Closets was absolutely perfect. Megan Vonachen was our designer, and when she came to our house she not was not only a wonderful presence, she was highly creative and took our initial idea for a wall bookshelf and took it to another level, designing it to fit over our piano. She was so locked in to the idea and loved playing around with our space, which is so much more than you can hope for. It was clear this was her passion, not just her job. I went into the store with my measurements to shelve one closet wall. Katherine worked up a plan with pricing and said she would email it to me. A couple of days later I call after not receiving plan and left message that I was going to go with them and would she send me plan. Never heard from them again. Went with another company who did my whole closet, probably a lot less expensive than California Closet would have done. We will never know.

Our job needed to be split into two installations and the second part of our job was our laundry room where the $700+ door was installed warped. There has been no answer from California Closets even after the installed wrote up a report with pictures.

What started as a bad experience turning into a good experience. Part of our 20 year old California closet system collapsed. I called them thinking I would be in for a fight, but since the system was still under warranty they offered to replace the entire system free of charge. Shout out to Sophie, Zach the scheduler, and Bryan and Martin who did our installation.

Brandon Hyland is A-mazing! Not only was he the only designer that was able to implement EVERYTHING I requested (We moved and had to combine 2 walk-in closets into 1), but he was extremely patient with me as I changed nearly everything in our design...twice! He worked within my budget, never going outside my comfort zone, and was exceptional when it came to the "designer touches". If you're looking for a closet designer, request Brandon!

My experience with California Closets is a pure disappointment! In August 2016, we signed a contract for closet installation, the completion date for the project is specified as 4-9 weeks. It is July 2017 now, and they still haven't completed a basic closet installation! It has been 11 months!!! The first installation was in October, several parts were missing, it took them a while to schedule new appointments to change some parts. I absolutely LOVE my new closets from California Closets! The designer worked with me to make my tiny closet much more spacious and polished looking. They have these great drawers that don't slam shut which is really helpful when I'm getting ready and my husband is still asleep. They were able to do the installation in one day and didn't leave a mess.
