I'm super happy with my new Master Closet! Sally Benyola is an excellent designer. It was the fastest process ever. She "gently" pushed me to a color I would not have picked and it turned out beautiful. She had me come to the showroom and show me on a 3D screen exactly how it would look. Mark the installer was fabulous too. He came on a Sat., stayed quiet as he could, very personable. The end result was top notch. Highly recommend!

We had out closets first done by them in 2014 with a major remodel of the house. We had worked the designer Tarja Hull. She was very good about the design of the main closets in the house. The work was superb. We in 2017, decided to finish the work in making the attic space in the home an extension of the main walk in closet in the master bedroom, in turn making a two story master bedroom closet. I am in love with my new closet! We had a retreat in our master bedroom that was useless, I turned it into a beautiful closet with the fabulous ideas from Tarja Hull. For extra beauty I added a refrigerator for champagne and a chandelier, why not! I also want to thank our installers Amed and Caesar they were very polite, very professional and efficient! The quality of the closet itself is great. The service is definitely not. And for the price, definitely not worth it. "pride themselves on customer satisfaction" yeah right. The initial design process: mostly fine except that the salesperson/design consultant decided to just park her car directly in front of my driveway so I couldn't even park in my own garage when I got back from work to meet up with her. My experience with Califiornia Closets was exceptional! My designer, Georgina, was creative and detailed down to the last item! I had two different closets reorganized and I couldnt be happier with both! The closets are both beautiful to look at and supremely organized! Out of all sub contractors and suppliers I recently worked with, I rated California closets one of the best experiences for the price, the communications, the responsiveness, the project management, the quality. Ask for Sally if you look for a designer to be worry-free.

I plan on completing two more closets! This team from sales to installation are amazing. I wish I had done this years ago. Aziz and David did the installation, smooth, easy, professional and quick. Our sales person (I am sorry to have lost her card) was informative, professional and really easy to work with. She is the Long Beach Representative! So the closet transformation was life changing, it created so much more space and great organization. Thank you all for all you do!
