After considerable thinking, I decided to pay more but have California Closets Construct and install my small closet. Savannah was very helpful, and patient, as I had a lot of questions in order to finally decide to go for ot The installation was incredible, the men were so nice and professional, and really knew what they were doing.With a lifetime warranty, I don't know what kept me looking at Closet World to begin with.You get what you pay for, and I am thrilled!!!!!!!
We thought we went to the best. We only heard good times about California Closet however we were deeply disappointed. The beginning started out okay. We started by going to the showroom to arrange an appointment for an estimate. Later that week the estimator came out to our house to take measurements. Everything seemed to go smoothly. We wanted to transform our family room into a more functional space with storage room and a guest Murphy bed. Joanne was the designer who came by, and was gracious and knowledgeable about what we needed. She suggested different options and worked with several ideas without pushing cost, and was upfront about the pricing. Absolutely a great experience with this company. A designer, Kristen, came to the house and gave us some thoughts on redesigning our walk in closet. She emailed the design to us a few days later. The virtual design on email was easy to look at and see exactly how it would all fit. It took 2 days to complete the installation and we could not be happier with the end result.
Look no further than this fantastic company! The owners, Leslie and Scott Seigel are phenomenal and have instilled excellent customer service into every aspect of this purchase. Thanks to Michael Rosen, our very patient designer, who ensured we got absolutely everything on our wish list. Fantastic closets from the best, nicest people, Leslie and Scott Seigel. Our amazing consultant, Michael Rosen went beyond the call of duty to design exactly what we wanted. The master installers could not have been more professional and timely. We absolutely love our 27' master bedroom closet!!! We liked it so much, we got two more!!! If you are serious about your closet, you need to contact California Closets and ask for Sally. She is a miracle- worker. The wardrobes they did for me in my bedroom are outstanding. The customer service was fabulous. And Sally knows her stuff. I'm re-modeling my house and I am dealing with lots of different vendors and services, and that made California Closets stand-out even more for me as one of the easiest companies to deal with. This is a worst compnay i have dealt with . They came in for a consultation and spent 2 hours to design the garage and master closet. I said garage quote was too high and then i have to discuss with my wife for the master closet and get back and if they could send me the designs i would discuss , they even called me the same evening to confirm my email address and they have not sent me the designs and now after trying to reach them for 3 days finally they called me and said they cannot send emails until they have a deposit. ... read more
I worked with Ms Manon Demers on my teeny tiny walk in closet and had a wonderful experience. My tiny walk in was like a tunnel with clothes overflowing on either side of it. Manon came up with a great plan where the lay out was reconfigured. She showed me the 3D rendering in the Los Gatos store and I loved it. Now I just have so much more space.
