After another company came out Monday and did NOT diagnose the problem causing a running water sound from our AC air handler and flooding in the adjacent bathroom, Alan from Associated quickly found the problem. He put water in the condensate tube, and saw that the water was not draining out. He changed out that tube, and opened out the vented area beneath the air handler cabinet and found the mysterious flood, which had started to damage our wood floors. My A/C stopped working last night and I called Associated Heating & Air at 8:15 this morning. I explained what was happening and they scheduled an appointment for Wednesday (Earliest Available). I asked for an earlier appointment if possible and they said they would do everything hey could to get someone over sooner. I received a text that someone was heading over 2 hrs later!!!! We are so grateful for the team at Associated Heating and Air. Our school had our air conditioning unit stop working in the middle of summer school. Technician Lam Tran was very thorough and knowledgeable. He taught me about my system while servicing the AC. He cleaned all the equipment and it is running great. A+ experience.
I've been a customer for Associated Heating and Air for over 5 years+ We purchased our unit through them and have been getting maintenance on it every 6 months. The technicians have always been very detailed in their work, however todays service was top notch and well I highly recommended this company! My technician today was Lam Tran. He was extremely professional and very detailed.

Just needed to make sure that the heating & A/C were in good working order so I just had the $89 maintenance call which took about an hour or so. Alan was so professional and pleasant. After completing the work he said that I might need some coolant but because that particular day it was cool outside he needed to come back the following week and test again. He came back exactly one week later and, after our mini heatwave this week, he re-checked and it turned out that I did not need coolant after all. How is that for honesty... read more
