Technician Lam Tran was very thorough and knowledgeable. He taught me about my system while servicing the AC. He cleaned all the equipment and it is running great. A+ experience.

I've been a customer for Associated Heating and Air for over 5 years+ We purchased our unit through them and have been getting maintenance on it every 6 months. The technicians have always been very detailed in their work, however todays service was top notch and well I highly recommended this company! My technician today was Lam Tran. He was extremely professional and very detailed.

Just needed to make sure that the heating & A/C were in good working order so I just had the $89 maintenance call which took about an hour or so. Alan was so professional and pleasant. After completing the work he said that I might need some coolant but because that particular day it was cool outside he needed to come back the following week and test again. He came back exactly one week later and, after our mini heatwave this week, he re-checked and it turned out that I did not need coolant after all. How is that for honesty... read more

Lam, the service technician, was awesome. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner, was friendly, left everything neat, and did an efficient job. I've been using Associated for years. This was his first visit to my house for regular system maintenance, and I hope he'll return for future scheduled maintenance. He seemed like a trustworthy, dependable person.

Our AC/Heating was over fifteen years old when we first contacted AHA. I was fearful that the service provider would find a million things that needed to be repaired. He did make several repairs -- confirmed that our unit was older and would eventually need to be replaced but for now, was repairable! Associated Heating & Air continued to provide service/repairs to our unit for several years before it was time to purchase a new unit. This company rocks! It's so time consuming trying to find the perfect business to do work on ones home, especially when we've never used them before. I interviewed eight different heating and air conditioning companies and this one was by far the best and most put together! They were immaculately clean throughout the process and at the end of everyday, they left my house like they had found it (no mess). I went through Costco to purchase a new full AC system and furnace. They guy came out here and sold us on a SEER16 unit, and told us there was only one left, which he showed us a picture. We agreed and purchased it since it may take while (per the sales guy) to get new ones in. 3 weeks later, they came and installed the unit. Unbeknownst to us, they installed a SEER14 unit and didn't tell us until the installer mentioned that they will be back to replace it with the SEER16 unit. BAIT AND SWITCH. AH&A installed a new a/c unit back in July, 2019. They installed a defective condenser pump which gradually overflowed, causing water damage in the common wall between the garage and bathroom. The replacement pump arrived within a week, but Omar wanted to renege on the scheduled appointment to install it. They replaced the defective condenser pump, but won't pay for the water damage it caused. The GM, Dominic, was an hour late showing up to inspect the water damage. He does not return phone calls.
