Not a fan with the way these guys do business & here is why. After having a water leak, I figured out I had a leaky drip pan under my coils. The pan had rusted through from being old. Knowing the coils were just as old I decided to replace them knowing they would come with a new drip pan. New coils, new drip pan. Super strait forward. They show up without the right parts and if you buy your own filter or maintenance kit they won't install it, even if you have no problem paying for labor. Lastly, my filter/maintenance kit costs $149. They want $350 for theres. The tech called his boss and I could hear them talking. They still wanted to do the tune up but leave me with a dirty filter.
We have been customers of Associated Heating & Air for years and they have always made us feel like extended family. We purchased from them and had them install our furnace, air conditioner, and ducting. We have had a maintenance plan with them for years. This company is first class. I had them completely replace my whole air situation complete . 15 years ago. Every time I've needed them to check it out or a tune up . The professional team is prompt and they care about you. My neighbor Bud Vera was so impressed he asked them to replace his entire system too . Each person that they sent to my house, has been great !
I called Associated Air Conditioning & Heating their business phone was answered promptly by Lou, he was very professional & informative after a few questions, he booked my appointment around my schedule within 24 hours to service my residential AC unit. So originally, I didn't write a great review about Associated due to some miscommunications about a consultation and the first impression. However, Associated reached out very quickly and sent someone out immediately to give us a free consultation. Tom was very helpful and really took his time to explain everything and had a great attitude toward both me and my husband. Our AC was acting up, and it's literally the worst time of year to not have a working air conditioner. Within 12 hours of calling, Associated had a tech at our house. Not only did he do a full diagnostic, he got the air going, and gave us a full run down of where our system is at. Juan was professional, kind and hard working. Originally had the HVAC system installed through Costco, our tech Juan has came by multiple times for routine check ups and maintenance. We recently had him take out and re-install the units for yard work, he is very capable and is able to get the job done with attention to detail. We are very satisfied with the work and would highly recommend if anyone is looking to replace their units.
Like many of the others, I met them through Costco. Very professional group and I was impressed with their process and educating me on the equipment and the installation. Ours was a heating and a/c replacement project. We're extremely happy with the results.
