Lam, the service technician, was awesome. He explained everything in an easy to understand manner, was friendly, left everything neat, and did an efficient job. I've been using Associated for years. This was his first visit to my house for regular system maintenance, and I hope he'll return for future scheduled maintenance. He seemed like a trustworthy, dependable person.

Our AC/Heating was over fifteen years old when we first contacted AHA. I was fearful that the service provider would find a million things that needed to be repaired. He did make several repairs -- confirmed that our unit was older and would eventually need to be replaced but for now, was repairable! This company rocks! It's so time consuming trying to find the perfect business to do work on ones home, especially when we've never used them before. I interviewed eight different heating and air conditioning companies and this one was by far the best and most put together! They were immaculately clean throughout the process and at the end of everyday, they left my house like they had found it (no mess). I went through Costco to purchase a new full AC system and furnace. They guy came out here and sold us on a SEER16 unit, and told us there was only one left, which he showed us a picture. We agreed and purchased it since it may take while (per the sales guy) to get new ones in. 3 weeks later, they came and installed the unit. Unbeknownst to us, they installed a SEER14 unit and didn't tell us until the installer mentioned that they will be back to replace it with the SEER16 unit. BAIT AND SWITCH. AH&A installed a new a/c unit back in July, 2019. They installed a defective condenser pump which gradually overflowed, causing water damage in the common wall between the garage and bathroom. The replacement pump arrived within a week, but Omar wanted to renege on the scheduled appointment to install it. They replaced the defective condenser pump, but won't pay for the water damage it caused. The GM, Dominic, was an hour late showing up to inspect the water damage. He does not return phone calls. When it was time this year for our service on our AC unit I asked Omar who would he have come out to do the service on his AC unit at his own house he said without question it would be Ethan. But because he is the best he is also one of the most requested techs too. So, since It wasn't a cooling issue I waited almost 2 weeks for him. It was MOST DEFINITELY worth the wait. The on-site workers Keith and Victor did an excellent job at our new Anaheim Hills home. The project required an entire new system installed, they went above and beyond to follow the needs of our vision, including custom ductwork. The follow-up by tech Manny was also helpful in learning our new smart thermostat by Ecobee and the future replacement of our filters. Our home is cooler, quieter, and more appealing now. Great job, Associated Heating & Air!
